Came in town from hundreds of miles away, caught a flat, stopped at this location and the gentleman stated he couldn't get me in until tomorrow which was not convenient for us. I just asked for a tire plug and they wouldn't oblige.

Took my Jetta to this place for just a diag. They told me they knew what the issue was and continued the work knowing they did not have the programming to do so. Turns out they need a specific program that is paid for by tokens to be able to clear faults. They knew this before doing the work and still persisted on taking my money on false hopes to completing the job. On top of that they keep insisting on doing extra work that is not needed like lower control arms. I also had them do a simple oil change and they left a bolt unfastened to the point of almost falling off. Don’t get me wrong I understand how frustrating mechanic work can be but don’t be Jews about it.

Dropped a truck off for a tire rotation appointment for noon was told it would be a hour and a half wait. 2.5 hours later truck still hadn't been pulled into bay. What is the point in making an appointment if you aren't going to get in around that time to begin with. Absolutely ruined my plan for the day.

I am so happy Belle Tire was near me. I had a flat tire on my way to work. Everyone in Belle Tire was super nice, and helpful. Michael D. presented with the option to get the air pumped into the tire then have the tire patched. When I told him I want to consider to replacing my tire, I was presented with a quote with different options, and prices so I could choose which option would best fit my budget. I was able to take as much time as I wanted to decide, which option would work best for me. Zachary and Gabriel did a really amazing job at sealing my tire after fixing it. I was able to drive home safely via the expressway after the repair was done. Being a young lady, I was happy to work with kind-hearted, reputable people instead of being stranded on the side of one of the major roads by myself at night.

After they said hour and a half wait, It took them 2 full days to change one tire. I missed work and couldn’t take my child to school. Will never go back there.

I ordered tires and scheduled an appointment (the only good experience was Mario when we first got the quote for tires). I dropped my car off before the scheduled appointment time. I was told two hours. I came back an hour and 45 minutes later; they asked if I was there to pick up (not when my car hasn’t moved from the parking lot). Three people at the front desk were clueless, and then one of them pointed at the tires for my car sitting just inside the shop. One said my car would be next. However a different car was then brought in to the empty bay he had pointed at. I asked why I wasn’t informed that they were running late and I was given an excuse that their phones were out and (magically) just came back on. They didn’t call me because they didn’t even know my appt. was extremely delayed. I was going to give them the benefit of the doubt, but then decided I would take my keys and buy tires elsewhere. When I asked for my keys, they couldn’t even find them at first. There was no apology; nothing. Not a warm greeting or smile when I first arrived either..I would never recommend Belle Tire; especially not this location.

I went in to get a patch job on a tire, needed it to go to work. The guy at the counter a bald guy with a beard was rude. Just very short and not willing to help. There customer service sucks the staff are cold and not friendly at all stay away go to a different tire place.

I noticed a screw in my tire and went to belle tire. They were friendly and had my tire done in a reasonable amount of time. No charge to plug the hole. Thanks again!

Had a noise in my front left wheel hub, employee Nathan diagnosed issue as a wheel bearing, and quoted me a price! Nathan was professional respectful and they got a great employee I just found a cheaper price elsewhere but in Jesus Christ's name God bless him and thank him for the respect and the free inspection for the noise in my front left wheel well 🙏

I spoke with sales-woman Martina, who was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure I understood every step of the process. I was so impressed by their free overall inspection. It was thorough, honest, and helped me feel confident about my vehicle’s condition. The quality of service here is second to none. I can’t say enough about this Belle Tire and their staff. I was stranded 4 hours from home with my daughter on Ohio turn pike with flat tire at 700pm at night. Luckily I called them and spoke with Mario whom was kind and so helpful. He said they would do it for me if I could over there and I got the spare put on and was able to drive there and they put a new tire on for me even though close to closing time. They were fast. Efficient and reliable

I was able to order, schedule, and pay for my tires online, then got a phone call confirmation about 5 minutes later from the shop.
All I had to do was drop off my truck the night before and pick after work.
Their prices are the same as online sites, but they include mounting, balancing, and repairs. Also, I didn't have to wait 2 weeks for them to get the tires they had them in 3 days over the holiday weekend, I ordered on Friday and installed on Tuesday.
