I just want to edit this to say again that this has to be the nicest staff I’ve ever encountered and they are always so nice. Thank you so much for consistently being the best! My family and I appreciate all of your amazing staff!
The nicest staff I’ve ever come across! Extremely kind and very responsive and respectful!I will never transfer my family‘s prescriptions to any other pharmacy.

Went to pickup a habitual prescription for my husband. CVS filled a three month supply as they assumed he’d need it as per usual when doctor only ordered a one month supply because he’s switching medications next month. She had the prescription in her hand, rung up and ready to hand to me when I asked them (again) to switch it and the pharmacist said “Oh we can, but we close for lunch in 15 minutes and I don’t have time to do it before then”. Really? So because of their mistake and inability to read the script as it was written, I now have to make a separate trip? What great customer service…

POOR COMMUNICATION!!! They hadn't filled all the prescriptions that had been called in for my mom after her major surgery, however they didn't tell me that. I only find out AFTER I get home and double check the doctor's instructions vs what I had. I then call back to verify, and they state they were filling it when I picked up and I should have waited but NO one told me. I say I will head right back since this med needs to be taken today. I get there and everything is closed up. I check the posted hours, online hours and called the store. No where posted about a lunch break, if they would back. The voicemail states they are closed and to call tomorrow during business hours. Highly disappointed by the lack of communication. Unless a worker tells you their lunch hours, you won't know. Currently the lunch is 1:30 to 2, for anyone looking for it.

I've never had a good experience with this pharmacy but today I've had it. I am to start heparin tomorrow so I don't lose a pregnancy at 36 weeks. My doctor sent the order in last week so it should've been there. I called because I hadn't heard anything and OOPS it's out of stock. No one called to tell me what was going on so the order could be sent elsewhere so when I called and explained the situation, the pharmacist said "Oh I apologize, I didn't know the circumstances". The circumstance doesn't matter, it's common courtesy to call a patient who's waiting for a prescription that you don't have. Unfortunately I am required to use this pharmacy by my insurance or I have to pay outrageous prices for my prescriptions. I wish I could switch because they're awful.

This is the worst experience at cvs I've had. Never consistent on hours and not very customer oriented. They also messed up my insurance billing so now I have to pay extra for certain medicines. I highly do not recommend this location.

Very Disappointed, last straw for me! Out of my medication until Monday of course I found out that by calling Friday at 4:15pm, no way to get ahold of my doctor. this is a medication I have been using for over 15 years don’t seem to care at least the way they acted gave me that indication. This or something else always seems to happen. Really went down hill after becoming CVS. By the way Kellie and Kim have always been nothing but kind, polite and professional I will miss them!
