This store is pretty good. The only thing have have against it is when you are leaving they always ask if you found everything ok. Um if I didn't find it, I would still be looking or would have already asked someone for help. Just let me do your jobs and check myself out. ✌️

If you're thinking about buying a new john deere DO NOT purchase it here, I have the unfortunate pleasure of buying one here, the first one delivered the hood was cracked and severely scratched, second one delivered was fine until 3 weeks later with only 2.8 hours it died, I was told to contact ag pro the john deere dealer for assistance, they said they would look at it if I had it delivered to them. The store said we won't deliver a new one and I would have to bring it back, which would mean I would have to rent a truck and trailer or hire someone to return and delivere a 3 week old tractor. The store seems to want to make it as difficult as possible, I'm almost 70 and ir maybe difficult but if I have to return it, it maybe a one way trip, which I'm sure they would try to screw me out of at least some of the purchase price. So be very aware of home depot and their policies and their mowers/tractors.

Only rated them with one star because I was not able to give them 0 stars.It all started with the kitchen designer Jamie I handed her blueprints from my contractor that she totally changed costing me an additional 1500 to extend a wall because of her screw up. She was rood to my contractor when he went up to discuss the issue. Then I tried ordering 4 doors for my project was told to order them online girl in the department acted like she didn’t want to be bothered as she was sitting at a desk on her phone.Ordered doors 3 different times receiving damaged doors twice witch I returned to store. After Kaylee forgot to order the doors the third time I called 2 weeks later she finally ordered acted like it was no big deal then another 2 weeks later sends a email to let me know she can’t get me doors. Never once offered to have me come up to the store so we could sit down and try to correct the issue. She just wanted to wash her hands of this which brings me to the managers. Chris, the general store manager told me over the phone that he cannot refund my card for the doors had to give me cash back because of the way they were ordered Was my problem so I have to wait until they have the cash at the store then drive back up to pick it up instead of refunding my card he told me Just wants to wash his hands of this deal again nobody wants to take responsibility that Home Depot screwed up And make the situation right I spent over 16,000 in the store on cabinets doors flooring for my downstairs home project How I was treated, I would definitely tell everybody to stay away from the Home Depot in Rossford as all aspects of deal dealing with them Were nothing but a hassle and has cost me extra money with my contractor because of their screw ups

Very poor service from customer service and the Manager Felicia. Just dropped $3800 on a new mower, delivered it with a dead battery and told me to call Cub Cadet to take care of it

I can almost always find everything that I need there. I can't find it I can find a person who can help me find it or help me with the project that I'm working on.
The only minor issue I have is that sometimes it's hard to find a person to help you. But when you do they know exactly what you need.

Prices are higher then other like stores but the staff is the friendliest and most helpful out of all of them.

Got a lawn mower from there and it was messed up beside is bad paid $100 to get it delivered now I got to pay another hundred dollars that deliver it back and pay another hundred dollars to get another one ? don't know why they can't just send me a seat that's good.. spent 2300 for nothing ?

will never shop at a home depot again. The way their appliance home delivers treated my parents is appalling. Unfortunately they would not give me the name/number of the service so I could let them know how unhappy with their service I was. And shame on home depot for continuing to do business with them.
