Our experience with Zack was great! He was very informative, friendly & never pressured us to buy anything we were not comfortable with. He remembered us each time we visited the store, great customer service! But on the other hand, the delivery men were terrible! We had our mattress & 2 box springs delivered Tuesday, 9-5-2023. Thank goodness my husband prepared for the delivery the day before. Not enough I guess, the delivery men damaged our railing & broke a picture. They took the mattress we were keeping down to their truck, & had to take it back upstairs. All the time they kept insisting that they were professionals & knew what they were doing, , my cat is more professional then they were. They were in such a hurry! I think we should get our delivery for free!!!

Gary, was our salesman today, very pleasant and friendly! He had us try every bed that matched our sleeping profile, and explained everything to us that we didn't know prior!! It was a great experience! Our mattress was the Hybird 14" plush mattress, this one worked the best for both my wife and I, Come in and see Gary great guy to work with highly recommend!!Thank You!!

This experience was phenomenal! We stopped in just to see what they had and working Gary was literally the best customer experience we’ve ever had. He was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Easy process buying start to finish and we weren’t even planning to buy today but Gary treated us like family. Incredible!

Zach and Gary were very pleasant to work with! Very personal and they know their mattresses, pillows and adjustable bases. Tell them your preferences and they will show you what you need. Very happy that I shopped there and bought exactly what I needed!

This is my second time at Mattress Firm. A year or so I bought a new mattress and am so happy with it so I decided to return your store to look for new pillows. They should be here in a couple days and I am exciting to start using them. You store are staff are wonderfully patient!!

Zach was one of the best salesman I have ever worked with at any store. He took the time to narrow down my tastes when I had no real idea what I wanted. From there, he further narrowed down boxed vs unboxed mattresses and price points, all within 30 minutes. Would recommend this place to anyone.

Today was my move-in date for my new apartment. At the last minute, I needed to replace my old mattress. I rented a uhaul that was due back @ 3 p.m. I walked in this shop at 2:25. Matt greeted me & my friend immediately and was able to help me find the mattress I needed. I was in the store for no longer than 15 minutes. Matt even carried my bed out for me, which was very appreciated. Thanks guys for being there for the last minute shopper such as myself! And for those curious, I pulled into the uhaul parking lot @ 3:02!

My whole experience here was excellent!! Our mattress expert Matt was awesome. Couldn’t ask for better service. And the delivery service was superb!!! Makai and Joe did an excellent job. Very friendly and made sure everything was as expected. They made the experience as a whole one of the best experiences I have ever had!!! Thank you all for your hard work and great customer service all around!!

Zach was very helpful. He showed us multiple mattresses and didn't try to pressure us into a choice. We had our toddlers in there, and he was patient and understanding when we had to wrangle them. We ended up buying a different mattress than we went in for and feel very confident in our purchase because of Zach's help and knowledge. I highly recommend this location.
