I could not use a 50 dollar bill ... Isn't there a pen for that it was 30$ . You don't have a 20. I'm not good at math. I am an almost daily customer and work hard for my money..and that was just disrespectful.

There's a cashier that keeps over charging me for a 30oz or 40oz coffee when the biggest cup they have is 24 I'm about ready to dump my coffee the next time it happens and it always an old lady that looks like a witch

Horrible service and attitude of the manager. Had no clue how the shell app works so their cashier didn’t want to listen. Though the issue was pump grade selection, not the app or the payment. Pump 7 wouldn’t let me select the grade after payment and he didn’t want to help saying ‘you got to hit it hard’ I confirmed I tried 7 times in two transactions and even tried holding it pressed. Said you are the first one to complain. I’m not sure if he had a threshold he needs to meet with complaints before he can make that 20steps walk to make it to the pump to check it. Such a joke and waste of time. Will call shell to report anyway. If you are a shell app user I’d just find an other one at a different exit.

Decent location, pretty convenient to the highway for those that travel. It was also one of the lowest prices in the immediate area.The employee was pretty friendly too.

Horrible rude service ! No customer service skills, cashiers all have attitudes and there's a known racist working there that complaints have been made against for over a year with no consequences to her. In an area with 3 gas stations ; the service is so bad that it makes folks want to drive farther Away to the other 2 gas stations. Disappointed in the people that get paid by their customers ; being so rude to the customers. NOBODY , NO CASHIER has the right to snatch anyones wallet either. The racism that is allowed to take place in this store is utterly disgusting & despicable!!!! The managers REFUSE to do anything about this cashier...it is astounding!

I tried to pay for gas twice and it said see cashier so I left and ended up being charged $54.75. Shady establishment.

Wow the coffee was awesome! I think it was the house blend. Hope this is at other Shells. $1.79 for a great cup can't be beat.
