I had a great experience! The lady that helped me on July 29 around 5 o clock was amazing and so friendly. She helped me figure out what light bulb to get for my lamp because she had the same one!

I was able to go in and find what I wanted in a timely fashion. This doesn't always happen. Just depends on what their inventory looks like.
