Friendly cashier and CLEAN BATHROOMS!!

Customer service is usually great however I’ve had 2 horrible experiences. Most recently today a worker made a mistake on her end and instead of apologizing or correcting her mistake she proceeded to get loud and refuse service. I asked for a manager and again she refused .
Issue: I came into the store and asked for $25 on pump 6. Paid, said thank you and walked out to pump my gas . Keep in mind that I come to this gas station basically everyday so I understand how to use the pumps.
As I try to pump my gas station , I removed the pump and pressed the button and started pumping , it stopped at $2.57 so I walked back into the store to let her know , and she smirked saying she don’t know what happened and to try to put the pump back and try again. So I walked out tried again and OF COURSE it didn’t work so I walked BACK IN at this point annoyed and asked her so what am I suppose to do because I paid $25 and what if that was all I had. She proceeded to get loud telling me that it has nothing to do with her and if I wanted to get gas I’d have to pay AGAIN!
Rightfully as a paying customer, I was highly annoyed. So I asked her for a manager to speak to and she just kept saying “ you came in here with an attitude” , “ I’m not going to allow you to get gas”, “you can leave “ .. even though she stated if I wanted gas i had to pay again. And as soon as I was trying to gather another payment she stated that she wouldn’t help me and told me to leave.
She said her name was India or something.
I know she’s new but I also know you can not speak to the paying customer a certain way especially when the mistake was on HER END! And expect them to NOT have a “attitude “ for the poor service.
instead of apologizing or saying “hey I’m new and I’m not sure what happened let me ask my manager or let me see what I can do” she proceeded to get loud and cut me off and blame it on her being pregnant. Like , I’m okay not ever coming back but customer service training needs to be done ASAP! Because as the customer my job was to come in pay and pump… anything else is done on the WORKERS END. Period!
I left to get gas elsewhere but came back to ask for the receipt showing I paid $25 because the receipt she gave me was not my card number and she again was telling me that she couldn’t pull it up and that the receipt for $2.57 was the only one she could pull up.. saying she didn’t see anything saying I paid $25 …. And as she’s again getting loud , she eventually DID HER JOB and actually looked in the system and was able to print my receipt. Again didn’t apologize for being wrong, rude, or anything… like yall gotta do better.

Only downfall to this place. If you use your credit card outside, they always steal the dollar from you. No matter if you say no or round it off, they still take that buck

Stopped here to get some gas on our trip before we had lunch at the worst Wendy's possible.
When you first pull in it's very cramped and the parking lot is set up, well not that great. There's people just parked at the pumps. Not getting gas because of this. Other than that it's kind of a normal pit stop. Get gas and go use the restroom which was six out of 10 clean 🤯 a staff member was actually pretty nice so not a bad place for getting some gas.

Lazy lady saying both washrooms are out of service.Really doubt it.Maybe an owner should look for better employees .

Went to get gas an a drink. When we went to check out the cashier told us we broke his f-ing register all because we used ebt for a drink. Very rude an will never visit again. Went here on 4/30/22 around 11:50 pm.

there is a certain specific cashier there that is a known racist, complaints have been made for over a year and a half due to such...nothing has been done. She is rude, disrespectful and racist. No one that feels comfortable enough to yell at regular/frequent paying customers ; should be working in customer service. That is not how things are done. Horrible horrible service.

This place imposes a $.10 per gallon surcharge for credit. Ok that's fine, but they don't accept $50 bills?!? Common, gas is nearly $5 per gallon! So stupid, I'll find a gas station that doesn't charge a surcharge so I can use credit.
