I don't know who hired Kelly to work with the public but both of them need to be replaced.

Cashier was clearly not wanting to be at work tonight. She even got an attitude when she grabbed the wrong cigarettes when we corrected her. Then she asked if we were going to pay for the free newspaper publication from outside the store.
