“This review is in reference to Serena. She went FAR above and beyond to resolve a delivery issue i was having….which I was MISTAKENLY told was transferred from UPS to USPS when in fact it was solely in the hands of UPS. She was able to locate my package at UPS and was able to have the address from the shipper corrected and arranged for redelivery tomorrow. I had spent close to 2 hours trying to resolve this on my own with UPS and attained zero results. If this is not TRUE CUSTOMER SERVICE, I am unsure of what IS. Thank you Serena.”
