Worst customer service ever. No one greets you, when you actually get up to the register, no one talks to you, they just scan your stuff & don’t even tell you your total. Not to mention there hot food is rarely good anymore.

Cantrell forcing cashiers to demand his customers produce their physical driver's license to purchase tobacco products is BS. I'm not driving back home to get my ID when I'm over 50 and other stores accept a vocal birthdate validation. I purchased elsewhere and will never produce my ID at Marathon in Russellville. Very angry ?

Stopped in for a quick bite while working at a job site nearby. The workers are friendly and helpful. The food was good too, I had a pizza hoagie and the fries. Facilities were clean too.Thank you to the kind staff working today! ?
