Went to Marc's today in Sagamore hills. We entered the building as the doors were unlocked. We were very rudely told to leave by the manager because the store closes at 7:00 p.m. We walked in at 7:02 and again THE DOORS WERE OPEN. I've worked retail and understand wanting to go home upon closing but if you can't get yourself to the front of the store to lock the doors AT CLOSING TIME, you have to accommodate those who entered. Poor management, inexcusable. C'mon Marcs. You can do better.

I tried to call and speak with a manager but the phone timed out and went to busy - SUE IN PLANTS IS AMAZING! I was there today with my baby and only had one free hand. She helped me untangle plants, get things in my cart, carried potting mix for me, offered to help me load my car… she was a superstar. The nicest and sweetest customer service interaction I’ve had in awhile - she isn’t just doing her job, she’s going above and beyond and I hope she gets recognition for how helpful and pleasant and kind she is!

Definitely the worst deli counter in all of Ohio. I try to watch them the whole time to understand how they could be this slow. The woman turns her back to the customers and does something else instead of taking orders. Almost like she's doing it intentionally. Don't buy deli meat from this Marcs. It'll go bad by the time they hand it to you.

Rude workers… cashier never looked up any me let alone say hello. Ring my order and never bagged it, left that to me. Took my payment, never said thank you. The whole time she just checked her pulse!

Was at store at 4;30 p Saturday . I was yelled at across the store to not cut through an empty cashier station. Recently had knee surgery .Embarassing. Told manager. He said he didn’t make the rules.You were out of mashed potatoes that were on sale, xl eggs that were on sale. You had no whipped cream cheese except for the expensive stuff, there were no Jimmy Dean Delights. Strawberries were moldy and bananas well over their prime! ! Most of your customers are elderly wouldn’t it be nice if you considered their needs.Although out of the way, I will spend my money at Brecksville.

They now have self checkout for small trips, an attendant is always ready to help should you need it. I love the closeout area, I always end up purchasing something from that area for a great price. Produce is always fresh as well as the meat department. Staff is always friendly and my shopping trip is always quick.

You can usually find what you need and the drink sales 4 for $5 or 3 for $4 are good.
