I want to publicly thank Tristan at AutoZone in St Clairesville, OH. A couple weeks ago, my check engine light came on while I was traveling in that area on a long trip. Tristan wasn’t just professional and helpful, he was sincerely friendly and offered me good advice, helping to calm my anxiety. Thank you!!

I love this Auto Zone, the staff is knowledgeable, friendly and always helpful. They really care about their customers I absolutely love the way I always walk out smiling. Plus they don't ask for tips or donations like literally every other place throughout my day.

I have been using this AutoZone location for about 3 years, they have consistently displayed extreme professionalism and upheld the utmost in customer service. I was helped today by Tristan and he took the time to make sure what I purchased was the right part and that I had everything I needed to do the job. This was after he stepped out in the cold wind to run my engine diagnostic.While we were doing my transaction another lady came in and asked where she could find something. A younger employee told her where she could find it and without missing a beat Amanda stepped in and let the employee know not only tell the customer where the product was but take her and show her. It was just an example of the reason why the store runs the way it does. Amanda did this very discretely without any embarrassment to the employee,it was just something I happened to notice.Very nicely ran store and will continue to get my business

We needed a wiring harness for my Pilot so we could pull the trailer with it, and they had what we needed, and he even went out and made sure we got the right one. Great customer service. Thank you!
