“I had to jump on here and praise the wonderful customer service I received at the St. Clairsville store! I was a day too late picking up my online order and it cancelled in the system. I called to see if they still had it; they were so nice, and they offered to still hold it for me to pick up the following day so that I could repurchase it. They had to ring it all back up and even gave me the current sale price on an item that made my order a little cheaper. This is one of my favorite places to order my little one clothes, and this experience solidified that Children’s Place will continue to be my go-to!”

“I had a great experience shopping at Buckle in St. Clairsville. Trista was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient while helping me find clothes that fit well and matched what I was looking for. She took the time to answer my questions, offer suggestions, and made the whole experience enjoyable without being pushy. Good customer service is hard to find these days, and Trista went above and beyond. If you're shopping at Buckle and need assistance, I highly recommend asking for her. Thanks again for the excellent service!”
