I’ve never given any business a 1 star but I’ve given this CVS multiple chances. They’re never open when they’re supposed to be. I went last Monday to fill and the girls said the pharmacist never showed up. Today, again, it’s closed when it’s supposed to be open. The associates in the Pharmacy are rude. I’ve had a lady at the window ask me not to move forward in the drive through so she could close the window for lunch even thoughthere was 9 min left until 1:30. Last week the lady was on her phone and looked up at me and got on her computer and didn’t even acknowledge me and started talking to the pharmacist. It takes hours to get your rx filled. I understand being short staffed, I don’t understand bad customer service.

I would like to have chosen zero stars, but you cant leave a review if you don't pick at least one.Would be nice to know ahead of time that the pharmacy is not open due to no pharmacist available when a provider e-scribes a RX for a sick kid on the weekend. Isn't there a way to notify the provider of that so that they don't have to receive a call from the patient to have the RX transferred to another pharmacy? They don't have time for that in between seeing patients. And now that I have had to had it called to another pharmacy I have to pay full price at that pharmacy because my insurance says it's too soon because it was already sent to CVS like it's being filled. Ridiculous.

Inattentive staff allowed me to pay $120 for a medication instead of calling insurance for a price override, which insurance company tells me is protocol. Wasted almost $100.

They do NOT even deserve a one!!! They have screwed up my meds and blame it on my insurance company. Don't give me all of my prescriptions. The last thing they gave me two months of expired medicine and one was tampered with. I had to call corporate to even get through to them. Due to our insurance company we have to go with a CVS so I switched. I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT BACK IN ST. CLAIRSVILLE CVS AGAIN!!!

I’ve had multiple issues with CVS pharmacy and not having prescriptions filled in a timely manner timely manner being within a day. Had our child go to the emergency room at 6 am and waited until 5 o’clock to go pick up the prescription and the prescription still wasn’t ready. And was told that they were sorry they were four pages behind. Finally changed our pharmacy to Kroger’s. Kroger’s called three times to have our prescriptions changed over from CVS and Cvs didn’t give them the prescription, but they did put on his file that he no longer uses them and voided, the prescriptions and the refills. Now we have to wait until Monday to call his doctor and for his doctor to provide new Scripps to Kroger pharmacy. CVS pharmacy is an absolute joke and if I could give zero stars, I definitely would.

Dealing with this pharmacy has been an absolute nightmare and they prove to be incompetent at even the most basic tasks. Every experience with this location is downright infuriating.

I had a prescription called in Friday afternoon. Didn't find out until it was too late that they keep bankers. The pharmacy closes at 6 Friday and doesn't open again until Monday. That's not very convenient and could possibly be a serious problem depending on the medication.

FOR YOUR OWN HEALTH AND SAFETY DO NOT GO TO THIS PHARMACY!We had an unexpected family emergency and had to transfer my husbands prescription from Cincinnati. I called this CVS the Friday before, explained our situation and asked if we could forward his script there. No problems.Come Monday, I call around noon to make sure the prescription was sent over successfully. They said they received it and it would be ready after lunch. So we drive 2 hours to get here just for them to tell us they won’t fill it because they didn’t even have enough for their regular patients. When I tried asking why they didn’t tell us this on Friday or when I called 2 hours ago, they said we didn’t call the pharmacy. When I SHOWED them that I called, they basically shrugged saying “I don’t know what to tell you”.I asked to speak with the pharmacist (Katie) who wouldn’t look up from the table or even acknowledge me. Completely unprofessional and unapologetic. We ended up having to sit in a parking lot across the street for 4 hours attempting to sort this out while my husband began withdrawing. Thank god Kroger’s helped us sort out this whole mess.Absolutely terrifying that we nearly had to go to the hospital today because CVS does not care about their patients health enough to give us a simple call saying they didn’t have his medication in stock.
