Spent a month working nights in the area. Many mornings, a group of us would have breakfast here after work. Addison was a welcoming and humorous host. Food was hot and fresh, served up in a timely manner.

While staying in the area for business, we frequented this Denny’s. An absolute highlight of our experience here has been our server Addison. She is awesome!

Wanted to get pancakes with bananas and chocolate chips on them but they had no bananas, so I settled for strawberries. The restrooms were not in the cleanest condition and the parking lot doesn't have any ADA accessible parking spots on the right side of the building but that probably can't be improved at this point. All around, good dining experience and not too pricey.

For 24 hours, I embarked on an epicurean journey through the hallowed halls of Denny's, an iconic institution in American dining. Nestled amidst the neon glow of roadside America, Denny's beckons travelers, insomniacs, and hungry souls alike with promises of hearty fare served round the clock. With an open mind and an empty stomach, I dived headfirst into this gastronomic adventure, eager to uncover the nuances of the Denny's experience.Atmosphere:Upon stepping into Denny's, one is greeted by the comforting aroma of sizzling bacon and freshly brewed coffee, intermingled with the hum of conversation and the clatter of plates. The ambiance is familiar and inviting, with its quintessential diner décor—booths upholstered in retro patterns, counters lined with swivel stools, and walls adorned with vintage memorabilia. Despite the bustling activity, there's an air of laid-back charm that permeates the space, making it equally suitable for a leisurely brunch or a late-night rendezvous.Service:Throughout my 24-hour sojourn, the service at Denny's was consistently friendly and attentive. Whether it was the wee hours of the morning or the peak of lunchtime rush, the staff remained unfailingly courteous and efficient. Orders were promptly taken, drinks refilled with alacrity, and special requests accommodated with a smile. Despite the fast-paced nature of diner service, I never felt rushed or overlooked—a testament to the professionalism of the Denny's team.Cuisine:Ah, the pièce de résistance—the food. Denny's boasts an extensive menu that caters to a wide spectrum of tastes and cravings, from hearty breakfast classics to indulgent late-night munchies. Throughout my 24-hour odyssey, I sampled an array of dishes, each offering its own unique spin on comfort food.Breakfast: Denny's is renowned for its breakfast offerings, and it's easy to see why. The Grand Slam—a veritable feast of eggs, bacon, sausage, and pancakes—is a perennial favorite, offering a hearty start to the day. For those with a sweet tooth, the signature Buttermilk Pancakes are a must-try, fluffy and golden-brown, drizzled with syrup and served with a dollop of whipped butter. And let's not forget the legendary Build Your Own Omelette, customizable with an array of fillings to suit every palate.Lunch and Dinner: As the day wore on, I ventured into heartier territory, exploring Denny's lunch and dinner offerings. The Classic Burger, with its juicy patty nestled between toasted buns and topped with all the fixings, proved to be a satisfying choice, while the Mozzarella Sticks offered a crispy indulgence that hit all the right notes. Vegetarians will find plenty to love as well, with options like the Beyond Burger providing a tasty alternative to traditional meat-based fare.Late Night Eats: As the witching hour approached, I found myself craving a midnight snack, and Denny's delivered in spades. The All-Nighter Menu offers a tantalizing selection of late-night eats, from the indulgent Bacon Slamburger to the savory Chicken Tenders Platter. For those in need of a pick-me-up, the Bottomless Coffee proved to be a reliable companion, keeping exhaustion at bay well into the small hours of the morning.Value:One of the hallmarks of Denny's is its commitment to affordability, offering generous portions at wallet-friendly prices. Throughout my 24-hour escapade, I found the value proposition to be consistently strong, with most dishes priced well within the realm of accessibility. Whether dining solo or with a group, one can enjoy a satisfying meal at Denny's without breaking the bank—a rare feat in today's culinary landscape.

Ate here with my girlfriend for breakfast. Normally don’t leave reviews, but I haven’t had good service like we received here in a while and I had to say something. First off restaurant was pretty full and I didn’t even get my dollar into the claw machine and we already had our seat. The nice waitress Chantel gave us amazing service and was willing to accommodate for what our certain requests were. Also want to give a big shout out to the kitchen for the food. I had the lumberjack and my girlfriend had the new strawberry stuffed French toast. We can both say the food was amazing and the price was more than fair. Would recommend anyone driving by to give Dennys a shot you won’t regret it

1/27/2024 Wife and I are very long patrons at the Denny’s located in Saint Clairsville Ohio. My wife is disabled, and uses a wheeled walker to assist with her walking.Upon arrival, we were greeted, and seated at a booth nearest to the front of restaurant. As we were looking over are menu, we heard the server, Believe her first name is (Kayla) that guess was her table or section. But very clearly heard her say to other employees, and others nearby, as well as Wife and I. As she verbally stated for all to hear, I’AM NOT WAITING ON THEM.she made wife and I feel lower than dirt. We are Not a dirt-ball couple. And have never once had any bad service with this Denny’s.I asked to Speak to the Manager (Chrissy) and was denied that, as apparently they had No cooks. And she was doing cooking by herself. My wife and I never received any explanation, why we couldn’t get waited on, nor speak with any Management. So we asked for the check for our two drinks, the Hostess brought to us, but was told not to worry about paying for, with still absolutely nothing, as to a explanation or anything, why this server (Kayla) would not wait on us. So we left this Denny’s, and went elsewhere. And after this most definite horrible experience and No service. And after 25+ years of continuous, at least 2-3 times per week, patronizing this Denny’s. Can absolutely guarantee will be our last.Never, have we experienced this type of service at any Restaurant. And highly recommended to whoever the Corporate manager is. at this Denny’s in Saint Clairsville, Ohio immediately fire these two employees especially the server. As everyone around her could definitely hear her proclaiming that I’m not waiting on that table.

My daughter chose to come to this location for her 11th birthday dinner. We had a younger small girl, longer blonde hair waitress. I can’t remember if she had glasses or not. Anyways, we order.. everything fine up until we ordered my 3 kids milkshakes. I look over and see her and another younger dark hair girl talking and the blonde makes a snarky comment about having to make 3 milkshakes. I get it if you’re busy and they’re a bit to make .. but there was maybe 4 tables in the entire restaurant. I also manage a restaurant so I completely understand, but the comments where I could hear them was uncalled for. I wouldn’t have thought anything of that if the dark haired girl didn’t look at our table and then back at the blonde with a smirk. Along side that we are done and ready to pay.. we always pay cash tip and I accidentally left my wallet in the car.. no big deal he pays with his debit card, I say I’ll take our daughter to the restroom then run out and grab cash. I then come back in with a $20 tip (our bill was $95) and as I’m approaching the front counter so I can wait for her to walk by I see her talking very loudly to the same dark haired girl about us and “not leaving her a tip”.. and was just absolutely being very disrespectful towards us. I have had the WORST service and I’ve always tipped and always will. It’s one things to vent to a coworker, but where customers can hear you or better yet.. the actual customer you’re talking about is very tasteless and trashy. I’d be livid if a server of mine ever did this in my business. Absolutely disgusting in my book, nonetheless I still gave her the $20 because that’s the type of people we are but we will not be back. I will tell everyone about this situation and I hope she feels bad about me hearing her.
