Rita’z Parlor in the Ohio Valley Mall, St. Clairsville, OH is my go-to spot for keeping my eyebrows sharp. They do threading, waxing, henna, tinting, and lash lifts, and the staff always takes their time to do things right. I’ve never left disappointed, and it’s nice having a place inside the mall that’s clean, welcoming, and consistent. As part of Remax Broadwater: Team WolfePack, I appreciate local businesses like this that keep people in the Ohio Valley looking and feeling their best.
