Before moving back to Mexico, Ritaz was the only place I would go to get my eyebrows threaded and tinted. The quality of work that she did was always consistent and quick. She’s so polite and soft spoken. I see some negative reviews and that’s unfortunate because I’ve been to DOZENS of places to get my eyebrows done and not one place has come close to the quality work that she had done for me.Coming back to Mexico, I’ve went to parlors that I’ve grown up going to and they still can’t match the great work that Ritaz would do. Aside from DiCarlos pizza, Ritaz is the place I miss the most in the Wheeling / Saint C area. ?Service: Eyebrow threading

I’ve heard nothing but good reviews of this place so I walked in for an eyebrow threading and asked them to specifically only shape the tail because I like the shape and thickness of the rest of my eyebrow. First thing they do is exactly what I asked them to please not do. Now half of my eyebrows are gone and they are ridiculously thin. I was so upset and embarrassed of how I looked that I couldn’t even find the words to say something because I was so shocked. Please listen to your clients when they tell you something because I now have to look like this for the next 2-3 months and it’s embarrassing.Service: Eyebrow threading

Threaded my moms brows and they look decent that's the only reason she gets that star. She didn't ask about the desire tint color, the tint is so light you can barely tell there is color. That was an expensive tint for the job she did. She said like 2 words the whole time and wasn't friendly at all. I could deal with that if it weren't for the fact that the color is so light she may as well skipped out on even getting them done. Not flattering. Not a happy customer.

I had eyebrow tinting done and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’m extremely pleased with the results, and was very surprised at how quick and affordable it was.

Went in today and not only did the employee not disinfect the seat and wore the same gloves with holes in them on three of us, she took off half of my eyebrow and shaped it like a triangle to try and fix it, left my other eyebrow extremely thin with no shape, when all I asked for was a simple clean up not a reshaping

I am super paranoid about my eye brows so I always do them myself. I decided to open up a little and try Ritaz Parlor for threading. And WOW!!!! she was incredible! She shaped my eye brows perfectly, adjusted my top and bottom arches, she even trimmed them for me. I was so happy with my experience. She was such a nice lady, very professional and educated and the shop is very neat and tidy! She worked quickly and painlessly (especially for threading!!!!) but was very precise and shaped my eye brows to suite me! I'm still so thrilled! Highly recommend!
