I brought my boyfriend to get a modern mullet with a picture that showed it much longer in the front. We left and he barely had 2 inches of hair left in the front. I should have known not to bring him here to begin with but it was his only day off this week and most other places on a Sunday are closed.

Took my son to get a haircut and they completely cut a bald spot into his hair! They tried telling my son it was a “scar” VERY UNPLEASED. 🤬

We went for haircuts. My hubby has health problems and can't lift his head up very far. The woman who cut his hair was very kind and patient with him. She never once treated him mean or got aggravated with him. I was impressed.

Got a hair cut explained how I wanted it and the dude styled it his own way took 50+ minutes to cut it just for me to not like it what so ever so now I have to try and see if somewhere else can save it thanks a lot maybe instead of paying more attention to your friends who work there pay more attention to how the customer wants the hair cut

Might be mean but she asked “do you want it right at your eyebrows or like the middle of your forehead.” And I responded with right at my eyebrows. Then most of the time she had my hair to the side so I couldn’t get a real feel for how short it was. When she finally let it go down in the messy style how I like and it was not even half of my forehead 😭. I just wanted a little bit cut off and it went from my eyes to a 1/4 of my forehead. Anyways I’m glad I’m on spring break so no one can see how short my hair is. Hopefully you guys don’t get it cut too short

I highly recommend the st.c great clips. Joni did a great job cutting my hair & I'm sure the other ladies do just as good. If anyone is looking to sharpen up their appearance go check them out. Friendly & positive environment.
FYI. The earlier you go the better.

Ive been getting my haircut here for about 3 years now. Never cared who cut it. Today the lady that cut my hair and trimmed my beard was amazing and did exactly what I asked her to do. Best cut and beard trim in 3 years. Thanks Michele

I debated making this post because at the end of the day, my son walked out with a cut he liked. However, I felt by not sharing I would be doing others a disservice so here goes:
I took my five-year-old son in today to get his very first haircut. He asked to have his hair mid-length, kinda shaggy and covering his ears. That is absolutely not what we walked away with. His hair is NOT medium-length, it is short - so short that she had to cut his ears out to make it look ok. It looks absolutely nothing like what we asked for.
However, like I said my son still liked his haircut so I didn't say anything in-shop, but I was very disappointed. The only reason I'm giving 3 stars instead of 1 is because the stylist who cut my son's hair was very kind, made conversation with me and my son, and made my son comfortable with her. I love a good conversation at the salon, but if you're a stylist, make sure that engaging with the customer does not impact your ability to give attentive, quality service. Although we enjoyed the friendliness of the staff, we will likely not be returning in the near future for haircuts.
Requested style: Medium-length, "shaggy" boy's haircut.

Being around the business area and the parking area. Why is it that most of the employees are over weight and stand outside on there phones? Would not use this location for a haircut. I would fear for my children due to employees weight. They may think that my child is a happy meal. All seriousness why is it that at the moundsville location and st clairsville location the the employees are so over weight? Can they even reach over there bellies to cut hair? It is a shame that being overweight is ok in this country. Not body shaming but isn't there a point where you look in the mirror and say I need to change my life style?
