We have been taking our dogs to Kindler for a while and never had any problems until Dr. Moore came back into the office. After some very sketchy care and misdiagnosis of 2 of our dogs, which could have resulted in their deaths, we decided to take our fur babies elsewhere. We have over $600 on the books there and, after we cancelled all appointments, was told that it was not possible to be refunded even though it was not used in any way. We weren't given any reason why.We have always paid our bills, never a dollar short, and trusted their judgement about our animals until this. Most of the staff there are amazing people from what I've saw but one bad apple can spoil the whole bunch. Attorneys and the Better Business Bureau have been contacted.Edit....After posting the review we went in to get all records and, imagine that, they had a check waiting. Of course we have everything that was told to us, by them, on the phone recorded so as not to have anyone say that they didn't say it. Try to bully someone else, it didn't work this time.

My dog has been coming here for years. Dr. Moore and her staff are amazing. I now drive over 1000 miles each way to bring my dog here for medical care and routine maintenance. That should explain it all.

In the beginning, these people were very good, after then the staffs were changing. The most recent experience with the vet up there was bad! Because I took my puppy there for the spots appeared on his skin and the vet was not even ready to touch the puppy. The nurse said that the vet has a baby at home that’s why! If so, stay home dear VET, don’t work. ?????

Just letting you know you have to be a ongoing client for them to accept your dog for an emergency. My dog didn't need an emergency visit, but I declined when the messenger told me this information. They seem to care about ongoing patient money instead of the animal.

I love this Veterinarian and all of the workers, they are wonderful people and my dog loves them so that tells me all I need to about them. They get you in and they are affordable.

I've been going to Kindler Animal Hospital since the late 80's when Dr. Kindler was there. Dr. Moore gives the same excellent services and compassion as Dr. Kindler in my opinion. The staff is always excellent and very knowledgeable. I look at it this way. If I wasn't happy with a doctor I was going to I'd find another one. Almost 40 years of going back to Kindler, that says something about their services.

Dr Moore has been our vet for at least 8 years and always been great however her new partner( Dr Schmid?)I cannot say the same for. Without knowing all of the facts she came out in the middle of a problem and decide I was not welcome at the clinic anymore. I will say I was upset and no doubt loud but she said she heard some one (me) yelling. No I was not. Regardless it does not matter if I was or not the fact is I am done there. In my opinion instead of trying to defuse the problem she made it much worse. So even if she had not told me not to go back I would not be going there.

Our family vet (for decades) retired and we had a hard time in the covid Madness finding another. One that promised good works was more interested in upselling services and, in my opinion, resulted in the loss of my 17 year best friend. After this I found Kindler. These are caring, helpful and good people. They listened to all my ramblings concerning my other senior feline and I feel secure with her (and our dog 's) care in their hands.
