I was on an Instacart order for the new Alani energy drink, could not find the new one anywhere in the store, we asked a Kroger employee for help, he helped with finding it, they had 1 more in the back! Thank you so much Jace! Extremely helpful employee!!

Jackie the cashier handled a situation where a man's card was continuously declined, with sympathy. Then ensured I didn't forget to use my Kroger card. All the while Michael, the manager came over to bag my items and grab a fork for my salad. Fantastic customer service!!
