I am from Minnesota-was here to attend funeral with family. We don't have Krogers here. The store was well stocked and clean. I would come back to this location.

I'm a Kroger fan and shop predominantly when at home. On the road in look for them especially when renting a car for fuel. But also states that allow liquor sales like Ohio. I've been to this store several times in the past. This store offers fuel, liquor and yum sushi. I mean do you need much more in life?Clean store, friendly service and I would return. 3.5 rounding up.

The hotel was across the street from Kroger being from out of town decided to stop in and check it out as it was my birthday weekend. Store layout was similar to other grocery stores in PA , Ohio ; overall clean, friendly staff and thought it was unique to see a full section of liquor in the grocery store. Being on Sunday, and not from the area they were able to sell wine, otherwise the sales aren't allowed. Signed up for a Kroger card, for future visits or if I come across one in another location.

Great prices.friendly, knowledgeable employees and competitive prices. I love shopping here because I can get everything I need in one place. I love the Kroger label too. The only negative is that I wish Kroger would cut all their meat and grind all their beef in the store.

I'm not trying to pass judgement on people so please don't take this wrong but I used to work at department store in Florida and there were panhandlers standing right outside the door accosting you when you come out and Krogers in St Clairsville has a lady out there with a newborn sitting right there on the bench as you walk out the door begging for money I donate to reputable charities and it makes me uncomfortable when I walk out of a store and see panhandler's right there begging you for money I think Kroger is missing the boat when they allow people to do that because their paying customers are not going to come back they lost a customer tonight because I won't be back

I absolutely love shopping here! It always has been my favorite store, sadly this weekend that changed. I bought a drinkable yogurt, and it was 7 days expired ( I didn't realize it until I drank it)..... the next day went to the store and exchanged it for a different one.... the new one was slashed and as soon as I picked it up all the yogurt came out. That didn't stop me I cleaned myself and grabbed a new one. I also decided to buy caramel macchiato creamer and a 2lb. yogurt container ... well I wish my story ended there! I got home, decided to make myself a cup of coffee, poured the creamer into my coffee and a huge lump of rotten creamer fell into my cup (exp. 06/18/18) my daughter had yogurt with her cereal and tasted like it had been left out for weeks. They should definitely check if their refrigerator is working properly!!!

Don't work here. They work you like a dog but they would treat a dog better. I lasted 9 days back in 2013 and had to quit because I wanted to kill myself. Maybe they've gotten better but I doubt it because employees still look miserable.

If you're heading out of southern Ohio towards southern Pennsylvania this is the last Kroger you'll have a chance to stop at. I've been stopping at this location for years on my trips from Cincinnati to Pittsburgh and back. It's always been a nice Kroger for picking up last minute drinks or snacks before crossing over the border into West Virginia. In the years I've been coming here they've gone through quite a few renovations. The outside looks a bit like a classic Kroger, but the inside is pretty up to date and state of the art by Kroger standards. The best addition has to be the full liquor store they installed. It is bigger and has more selection than any other Kroger liquor store I've been to. I'm sure it has made the grocery store a lot more desirable to the locals.

I was just there and asked for a pack of cigarettes and a girl was bagging who also worked at start bucks, and when she had to walk to get the (which was in the NEXT AISLE OVER) rolled her eyes, sighed, and wad very rude, I don't know her name but she was young, and obviously customer service isn't her thing, people are always so rude when I go there, so if a manager sees this please talk with your employees, it ruins someone's day to go to the store and have HORRIBLE customer service EVERYTIME you go, I will NOT be going here anymore.
