To the wonderful lady associate that helped my Mother on Monday 12/18/23. This lady helped my mom from being scammed out of her entire bank account. She knew this was a scam and took my mother to call her bank. I am very grateful to her. Mom was so upset she didn't get her name. Thank you, you are a blessing.

I worked there for maybe a year. I asked to go use the restroom. I got their at 7am. It was getting close to noon. I was on my monthly period. I could feel it leaking. They told me no. Because they had to have 2 people on registers. I got to go on my lunch break. I believe was about an hour later. I went straight to the bathroom and it had leaked all the way to my knees. The assistant manager said to take an extended lunch to go home and clean myself off and then come back after. Then they ended up having me stay an hour after I was supposed to leave. Please be kind to the staff. You never know the conditions they have to work in. This happened years ago but I still think about it and get mad. Because I feel like that was unnecessary.

My 1st experience I'll give a zero star I came in with my daughter and husband trying to look for stuff for my new house particularly plumbing. The associate name was lucas who came over said he was a manager was very rude talked to me and my husband like we were dumb and made me and my daughter really uncomfortable by saying some inappropriate things. couldn't help us with our questions it was just an overall bad experience with him in every way, we will not shop again if he's there as well as a boy named Dom was very rude treated us the same way as Lucas like we were stupid it makes shopping really bad when you experience rude and awful associates like lucas and Dom.My 2nd experience i'd give a 10 star I caught an associate named Isaiah as he was walking to the front I was looking at appliances and had some questions he told me he didn't work in appliances but in the front but he'd be happy to help he stopped what he was doing and helped us answered all my questions he was very knowledgeable about the washer and dryer we were looking at as well as answering questions about a fridge to my husband he very much sold us on all three appliances for our new house, he was very nice and polite he recommended we sign up for a Lowe's card next time we come in and gave us a lot of help and knowledge while we shopped. Now we'll be back in next week to purchase a new washer and dryer and maybe even a new fridge. Thank You Isaiah!

I had the best experience this morning. I was looking for an associate in electronics. He was busy, but a gentleman stepped up and said I can help you show me what you’re looking for and I had a picture I showed him he said Lowe’s does not carry this particular adapter because it’s European but he let me know where I could find it and he helped me find the plug and he saved The day for me. Also, the store was cleaned organized stocked and very welcoming.

Lowe's has these KeyHero machines that offer to scan your keys and put a copy in the cloud. Presumably, if you ever need a copy of your key again, you can just go back to the machine, download your key information, and have another copy produced. It's a great idea! The only problem is -- the machines don't work!!! I had three copies made from my original key, and only one of the three "sort of" worked. (If you jiggled it a bit while trying to turn it, eventually it would turn. For the other two, there was absolutely no hope.) My original key works perfectly. The original key and the lock itself are relatively new, so there is no significant wear on either one. How they qualified this machine to be deployed in the field with a 67% failure rate, is beyond me. Basically, they created a fancy computer that wastes electricity and cloud storage to create scrap metal. The good news is -- we don't have to be scared of AI-powered robots coming to kill us in the middle of the night. They'll never be able to open the door to get in. But wait, it gets even better . . . . . . I took my keys back to Lowe's and asked one of the employees to use my original to rework the copies. He said they couldn't do that. I told him the screen on the machine said "100% ACCURACY guaranteed". He became very surly and said, "call the manufacturer". When you deflect your responsibility to stand behind your products and services by sending me on a wild goose chase that wastes my time, you disrespect me and insult me. But that's OK. Now I know I can't trust your products, services, or customer service. I'll make a concerted effort to find other alternative and Lowe's will simply become the vendor of last resort.

my mother, 70 years old. On a fixed income. She spent nearly $1700 at Lowe's in St. Clairsville, Ohio purchasing lumber in various other things to have a building on her property repaired. And when I went to the Lowe's in St., Clairsville, Ohio and purchased all this lumber and various items I asked for the lumber to be delivered. I specifically asked that we all the delivery person stick all the lumber in the shop because my seven year old mother can't do it and I am not at home during the daytime. I was told that this would not be a problem. First, they canceled my delivery on the date that it was supposed to come to the following morning. This is understandable. However, the delivery guy did not put all the lumber inside the building like I was told he would. Instead, he left it sitting in the yard. my mother is 70 years old, and cannot move any of the lumber. By the time I got home that evening, it was storming and raining so bad the wind was approximately 30 miles an hour. And I had to go out and for 30 minutes move every piece of lumber into the building. not only was I soaking wet but all the lumber was completely wet and some of my boards are already starting to warp. This delivery guy did not care whatsoever about a 70 year old woman happen to put the stuff in it in her garage. He just dropped it off and left. This is unacceptable and I suggested nobody have anything delivered by Lowe's. Lowe's delivery does not put the customer first.

Delivered our new washer and dryer today, they said between 1pm and 5:30 pm, they didn't come till around 7pm. I paid to have it installed with all new hose and they didn't bring any parts. So now I have to make a trip to lowes to pick up new hoses and hook it up myself. Oh and the drivers slammed the the dryer on the ground when they got to my back door. Horrible!!! I couldn't even speak to then because they barely spoke English. Take my advice and order from Best Buy!! We got our fridge there and didn't have any problems!!

Okay store to go and purchase things from the shelf if you can find it. Employees send you off to wrong places in the store when you ask for help. And if you order online and want delivery, there is no communication. They will delay and delay and then cancel items they can't find in stock even though it says online they have a bunch of the item. Go to your local lumberyard if you have one near. Lowe's is too stressful and unreliable to deal with.

Online pickup for mulch was an absolute clown show at this location. I will likely just pay a local landscape company to deliver it in the future.Edit: The people that actually loaded the mulch were awesome, it's the whole lack of urgency and oversight in the front of the store where employees are standing around and really putting no urgency on the customer.
