We received great service from Jay. Spring busted. He was prompt. Got the part in quickly and had it replaced in a few days. Would highly recommend Progressive Door in St Clairsville. (And i didnt realize how loud our garage door had been until he fixed it- it is so smooth now I can't even hear it.)
