My boyfriend and I had just exited Good Will while we were waiting for our friend to check out. He took a moment to lay his head in my shoulder and an older female associate stepped out and asked if we were alright, I told her we were fine. Before I could explain to my boyfriend the interaction we had, she came out again to tell us to move down to the bench. Honestly disgusting to think that we couldn't take a moment to relax, and I can't imagine it were for any other reason except that we were two men. Look away next time ?

St.Clarsville..Stopped in had mask on because of long covid.to keep people safe.. cashier had very bad cough..She must have been new did not know about eyeliner.But had eyeliner on under her eyesSo I figured she would be the person to ask..I'm so GLAD there was a girl stocking shelves and was very helpful..I hope she gets better training

I don’t know who is the new assistant manger or but it was an older lady I was trying to return a hair straightener and she had called the manger to see if I could return it with it being in my purchase history. My mom had walked towards the back to look at clearance and overheard the older women saying I was in there before trying to return it. This was my first time going back in months. Never again will I shop at Sally beauty in st c ever again.

Would of gave this location no stars considering I've been going to Sally's for 7years bought about 200 or mire sets of hair extensions and hairdye, I've spent probably thousands of dollars, I went to this location to get hairdye and look for sum extensions, girl working was tall blonde hair down to shoulders asked me if I needed help and u said no since already knew the wella 7a dye is what I use with 10 developer, she liteelite followed me around the store staring at me like I was going to steal something every single asle for 25minutes she said do you need help like six times, I told her she was was extremely rude and needed to learn customer service, I suggest the highlands Sally's girls are nice, don't follow you around and know what there talking about. Will never go to St.C agian

This store has awful customer service. Asked for a recommendation on a product and the lady who helped me suggested I use something else. Which is fine, but she then proceeded to leave me there guessing what she was talking about. Afterwards I circled around looking again, then who I assume was the manager, asked me if I needed help. Her tone was as if she was irritated that I needed help in the first place, so that was annoying but she then helped me, and I was on my way to the front. When I went to check out the woman who originally "helped" me was at the register and checked me out, didn't ask if I was a sallys member or anything and when I went to give her my card she waved her hand and said "I already got it" which to me was odd because she had no way of knowing I was a pro member... Idk but I didn't like the tones and feeling as if I was a burden to them. Won't be coming back to this location.

The two little high school girls "working" behind the counter didn't bother asking me if I needed help, and I couldn't help but over hear them complaining about having to gift-wrap things for customers stating, "that's not in my job description". "I'll kick them out...we close @ 9." I was shopping at 8:15, and I was well within earshot. Grow up. I'm sorry that you have to slave away for your 4 hour shift, but you work in customer service, get a better attitude. I will NOT be shopping here again.
