Went to Staples in St Clairsville. I was there at 10:55. The store is supposed to be open at 11:00. Waited for 20 minutes, still not open. Left, went home and ordered what I needed on Amazon. Probably was a lot cheaper. No wonder this place will close

The employees are very nice and helpful. Some are new and trying very hard to help the customers which is hard to find these days. They always have the products that I need and I will continue to shop there

Our visit to St.Clairsville store was just what we were hoping for. Zeek, in tech support is knowledgeable and friendly. He took the time to understand what we wanted to accomplish and was able to meet our needs in a timely manner. I would highly recommend the St.Clairsville Store.

Closes at 6 pm on weeknights. Has literally screwed me out of 2 Amazon returns because hours aren’t listed correctly online. Wouldn’t shop here if it was the only place to go.

These guys are understaffed and only sometimes open at 9. This place feels like it's going out of business. The workers are nice and very helpful but as a business should be open on time more often than not.

Went to get documents printed, was never given my flash drive back. Talked to a girl over the phone when i realized this and said she would hold it for me until i could retrieve it. Upon asking for it with the info i was given the guy behind the printshop desk acted like it was of nothing important, made a show of wandering around looking under paper and clip boards almost comically. Tried to act cute when i was visibly frustrated which wasn’t appropriate or appropriated. They need to hire more competent people. Now I lost a flash drive which hopefully was thrown out and none of my info was potentially stolen.

We had some business cards printed, and Haley was just so helpful and phenomenal. i first made a phone call, and then we went in the next day and she made everything so easy and seamless. A great employee. Thank you, Haley. Even though our cards needed to be sent out for processing, they were done the next day very quick and great value.
