At the service department, we showed up a few minutes early for our appointment. They took our car in immediately for tire rotation and oil change. In about an hour, we were back on the road. The service personnel girl was, friendly and professional and answered all our questions.

I went in to have my jeeps cooling system serviced.i hope they did correctly,when I returned home I noticed that coolant was sprayed all over my engine and the front of my jeep.i had to wash my jeep immediately.when I called to let the service manager know, thinking he would at least apologize for the poor service.all he said was do you want me to wipe it off.this was a test to see how there service was since I was going to purchase a new gladiator,not now .not from them.please inspect you car before you leave.very disappointed.

Oil and filter changed also checked out other potential problems in this jeep. To this point professionally handled. I will have further work done I hope Thomas jeep can rise to the occasion.

I was pleased things didn't take long, but I wasn't actually told that checking my key was going to turn into a $70 diagnostic fee. Then be told that I likely need to spend $310 to buy a new key after the testing couldn't actually pinpoint the problem. Not too pleased with that at all!!!

The folks were so courteous they immediately took my car, gave me an approximate wait time, and directed me to the waiting area. It only took a few minutes before they stopped in the waiting room to let me know what service that was need, showed me the items that were defective, quoted me the price for the work then allowed me to make an informed decision. It took another few minutes to complete the work. I was in and out of the service department in less than 35 minutes.

I want to thank the service manager. He and his technician found over 20 things wrong on a Jeep Grand Cherokee limited X. I purchased The vehicle from a dealer in Georgia. Because of the wonderful team at Thomas the dealership in Georgia to buy the Jeep back and got me a complete refund. In the future I will only go to the service team at Thomas. They saved me from having to fight for what was right. So thank you so much.
