I have had my mail held each time I have been away. If it IS ever resumed on the date I request it has been pretty much a fail. This time I was gone 10 days. It was not resumed on the day I had requested but the next day there were 2 pieces of mail in my box. Not satisfactory but cost of stamps keep going up 😡!!!

This review is based on my one experience. There was probably 8 people in line with the line extending out into the PO box room. I asked a few people and they said it's usually like this. Never seen one so busy in my entire life

Priority packages are available in the lobby with cards and labels. Also a passport application location.
