August 2019 by Samuel Adams
I gave them 60 days advance notice I was moving my things out August 1st. Almost a week before the first I gave Stacey who works there my credit card number so they could charge me $25 dollars to have the lock cut off of my storage unit. Everyday before the first I called every morning and Stacey said that the guy couldn't cut it that day, so finally on August 2nd they finally found a guy to do it. She agreed to only charge me for the bolt cutting and not August as it was Stacey and Valley storage's fault for not getting the bolt cut off before the 1st. Well I checked my bank account and they charged me for storage for August. This is complete fraud. I am making a police report for theft. I am contacting the better business bureau. This is complete FRAUD. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE THEY WILL DO ANYTHING TO STEAL FROM THEIR LOYAL CLIENTS. I NEVER ONCE WAS LATE AND ALWAYS PAID MY DUES 2 MONTHS IN ADVANCE AND GAVE THEM 2 MONTHS ADVANCE NOTICE OF ME MOVING OUT!!!!

This company relys on fraud to earn their income. They completely illegally overcharged my card. Stacey and valley storage was well aware 2 months in advance of me no longer needing storage. Then they go ahead and charge my card after they neglected to follow through on their services. I have contacted local authorities, contacted my bank, made consumer reports and so on and so forth. Stay away from this company as they will illegally charge your credit card at free will. I wish I never have used this company. As a foster parent every penny counts. How dare they just dip their greedy hands into a hardworking single mothers bank account. If you have to do business with them make sure to video tape or get in writing anything as their verbal agreements mean nothing.

Just rented the 10x25 unit on N. Ray Rd. yesterday. Loaded 2 trucks up and brought it here. Access code doesn't work that I was given. They work Monday thru Friday 9-5. Absolutely no way to get to unit and absolutely no after hours number to reach anyone. Ridiculous!

A little hard to find, the office is on Sugar St. The building has a sign out front for Valley Equipment. The actual storage units are not on site. Remember to ask directions to the site of your unit!
