“We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and the experience was very good. We came up from NE Florida because our son was working up there from where he lives in Alabama. One day he thought he had food poisoning but ended up having an emergency appendectomy!

The sales manager Steve Wilson was so helpful getting us a room here where our son was staying and kept asking us how he was doing and was there anything we needed.
Desiree from the front desk was also extremely helpful and nice?

“Huge shout out to Mandy who was working the front desk when we arrived. We had been driving all day and just needed to stop somewhere for the night on a road trip. With 2 little kiddos the Residence Inn set up with separate bedrooms and a kitchen is a must. Mandy was so thoughtful, putting us in a convenient spot in the hotel and providing lots of tips. We then started talking about the Wiggles and realized our kids were both big fans. Later that night, a package arrived at our room with 4 wiggles dolls from Mandy’s child. Our kids were so excited they haven’t stopped playing with them. Now they think this is just the sort of magic that happens at Residence Inn. And…they’re right!”
