I was stranded two states away from home. And my phone overheated, but I didn't know that was the problem. I was able to find this Verizon store by word of mouth. Heidi was incredibly helpful. She let me use their phone to call various people to help get myself back on the road. While speaking with her my phone started working again. She was already looking up maps to print to help me out. So, whereas I didn't need so much of the the technical support from Heidi at Verizon, she was very compassionate, understanding, and extremely helpful.

Don't ever try to port your number to straight talk!! My number was suppose to port yesterday at 5 o'clock. My old phone stopped working at 5 and the new one has yet to kick on. Verizon is no help at all. Leading me in circles and being ignorant about it. Would never recommend to anyone. Over 24 hours without any service that I'm paying for.

We had been assured for two weeks there was no $20 line fee, even called the manager yesterday to confirm. We drive all the way down there to get a contract to sign that says there's a line fee. The manager says she "knows it's confusing" but once I sign she'll show me all the details. Are you kidding me? Ask for a contract that has accurate information. The manager then profusely apologized and said that there actually is a line fee. How does the manager not know that? Is this the first contract they ever put together? Something is wrong here.Update - I sent the e-mail that the owner suggested in the response below. Nothing was done.

My friend and I visited this location today and if we could leave zero stars we would. The lady that was working (blonde and purple hair) was extremely snappy and rude. She was very unprofessional and told us she couldn’t help us bc we’d have to wait a long time then proceeded to take an hour lunch break and stand in the Clair’s across from the kiosk and talk to a friend. She has awful customer service and time management. We went back to the location about 2 hours later and she ignored us. She also informed us that they only have 2 people working at the kiosk and that if she wasn’t the one that originally talked to her then she couldn’t do much. DONT GO to this location!

I had such a wonderful time at Verizon today. Jamie was so very helpful with my phone purchase today. She knows her stuff and helps out with any questions you may have. She gave me a very good deal. No problems were to big for her. Wonderful customer service. If u are not a Verizon customer it would be well worth it to change companies because the service is great!

Go to the Ohio Valley Mall and see Andrew. He saved me $50/month on my bill that I had no idea I was spending.Rarely do you get this type of service but he was thorough with my account and knew how I could save.Even if you don't need a phone, just see if you can save.

I was sent from a Verizon store to the St Clairsville mall store to have my cracked Zagg screen cover replaced. However, I was bamboozled as this is not one of their products. I’m not text savvy at all and unable to navigate the zagg website.Andrew stayed by my side (actually did most of the work) and helped me order a new cover and even offered to help install it when it comes in. Now, that is great service!! Kudos to Andrew. Thank you, thank you. I hope your boss read this. You deserve a pay raise.Kathleen

Almost always a positive experience here. I think they r more interested in meeting ur needs then the actual Verizon by the oet supplies in St.Clairsville. Make sure to pull up ur account tho u may have offers better then what they are promoting.Update- When I went to pick my phone up the very same girl ( Courtney or Britney-not sure)that ordered my phone and found this promotion($800 of a S21 plus or Ultra)in my account proceeds to tell me that I have to trade in my phone and now its only $440 off not $800. So when my fiance and I both ask why she hadn't mentioned that I would need to trade in my phone she legit starts yelling loudly for me to just return the phone then. And this is after I've paid taxes and set up fees so I'd have to pay a restocking fee to return it. I have never traded in my phone on an upgrade because assurion will refurbish it and send it to another customer and still charge them for a new phone. When you work in retail you should explain everyrhing to your customers and NEVER yell at them. The manager was standing right there when she was yelling, he apologized for her behavior but also stuck up for her at the same time. Point here is to just make sure you get all of the details during any upgrades or purchases.

Courtney was awesome. I walked in told her what I needed and she did it. All I had to do was sit there. Honestly won't be going back to the main store any more going to the mall. Even when she did try and up sell me on some other items I told her not today she made a little effort and when I said I wanted to look into it on my own she was cool. She didn't batter me with the up sell and iritate me. She saw I wasn't budging so she didn't push any more and as a customer that means good service. She did her job but didn't push me out of my comfort. Definitely coming back to this location for all other needs. As long as I continue to receive the same service that I got today.
