By far the worst gas station in st.marys always a line cause the only register they use is the self checkout even tho there is an employee there. They claim its cause they don't want money stolen. Help make it make sense a small town with a low crime rate only allows ppl to use self check out but city 30 min away with a much higher crime rate dont use the self checkouts at all

Forced the reliable convenience stores into shortening hours. No longer open 24 hours. Floors too sticky for flip flops or crocs. EVERYTHING costs more here.

Literally the worst place to go my husband and I went to get ice this evening and literally the bag broke in the walkway of the door and the girl that was working literally made the remark well your not getting a new bag of ice nor a refund literally didn’t even leave the store and we received the worst customer service possible. Ridiculous it has come to this in our small town trash gas station don’t recommend

The service here is terrible, I’m not saying that to be a complainer but me and my friends went to purchase lottery tickets today Saturday June 14 and the lady working the counter straight up told us “she’s not selling us lottery tickets right now”. I understand being in a bad mood but she can still be able to do her job and not refuse us service. Please do better

Couple weeks ago my husband and I got Fontaine drinks and we ended up both very sick for days after words definitely was the pop machine cause no one else got sick and that’s all we had that day was those drinks then with in hours we were miserable. Needs cleaned or something.

The worst gas station in town. Constant issues with gas pump and air pump. Customer service is rude and full on hostile to any customer. Please go to any other option

Absolutely worse place in town!
Even the managers are unprofessional and down right rude. It would be one thing if it only happened once but TWICE. NO WAY! Will never set foot in there again! Way too many respectable businesses in St Mary's that deserve my business.

This place sucks. They exclusively hire the most incapable, most easily overwhelmed, most unprofessional and unpersonable individuals I've ever met it my life, there's never any food out, things are always dirty or understocked, and at night you have to fight just to get someone up to the counter to begrudgingly do thier job. Absolute stink hole. Took a lady almost 15 minutes to set my gas up at the pump because she refused to let me do it myself.

Pop tastes watered down women's bathroom down half the time. When I walk in my shoes, stick to the floor, and food disgusting Boba has mold in it and candy or gum packs opened only thing I like is how you can get a big thing of water for 2 bucks.

Guy working morning of September 23rd 2024, was not only slow to serve people, had line backed up when never busy at that time and ended up putting bacon egg and cheese tornados in the sausage egg and cheese tornados.. talk about gross. I get it people make mistakes but pay attention..

Whom ever the person that does the schedule need to put at the least ,2 people each shift for the day. That girl working right now is busting her butt..needs a pay raise..there's no reason she should be there working alone......there are 20 people in line. The store needs to be more sanitized..floors..trash.. bathrooms...it's a hot mess...MANAGER THAT RUNS THE STORE...OBVIOUSLY IS NOT DOING HER JOB...THINGS NEED ATTENTION ASAP. THANK YOU TO THE ONLY EMPLOYEE ON DUTY RT NOW!! YOU CANT DO THAT MUCH WORK AND BE ACHIEVABLE... WITH THAT LITTLE PAY....
