I am highly disappointed in this Dollar General location. The recent experience my family member experienced here was nothing short of unacceptable and should be looked into further. Unjustified harassment by employees at this locality has caused her nothing short of emotional distress and personal embarrassment. Multiple calls to the corporate office left us perplexed as it seems to be nearly impossible to reach someone who can assist us in this situation. Customer service is lacking, to say the least, and we are highly disappointed in their incident follow-up protocols. One should look elsewhere when shopping!

This place never opens in time. I've been by at 1:30 in the afternoon and it's closed up. They had a major employee change about a year ago and have gone way down hill. I try like hell to avoid this place like the pluage. Just went there this morning for coffee creamer, employees and their family are coming in and out and locking the door behind them. At 0815....they should be open at 8....sst in my car until 0820, door still locked. DG needs to hire more responsible crackheads.

Disrespectful employees, Cusses infront of children. This place has went down hill. Corporate needs to come in and fix it, and properly train there employees. This place absolutely does not care for employees, smokes weed infront of the building. The amount of disrespect is insane.

Went to the store at 7 pm tonight and employees decide to close the store. Three employees walked out and locked the door as I was about to enter the store.

This store is right down the road from me, when it opened it was one of the nicest dollar generals I’ve ever been in. The store was ran impeccably when Jade was still the manager. Now they have gone through two manager changes, along with a high turnover in staff. Have had quite a few instances where the store was randomly closed. Items that you could always count on being in stock are never available, and items are just scattered everywhere. It went from one of the best to one of the worst. Why even have a store here if no one is going to man it.
