It was absolutely unacceptable if you are going to have a business then run it like a real business answer your phones return calls otherwise tims 24 mobile is a joke and just another one of these back yard grease monkey wanna be business and I didn't even want to give the one star

Tried several times to get Tim to come out and repair my vehicle. Most times he would not answer and his voicemail was always full so i couldnt even leave a message. Finally spoke with him and he didnt even call or show up at the appointed time. 5 days later...still waiting
