Last few times I go in the store manager is rude and short. Which is sad because at first the manager was friendly and outgoing but has lately been on a downward slope.

My Roku has to use the bathroom they were told that the keys were locked in the bathroom so when we came back later to buy food the manager came out this respectfully saying that we don't have public restrooms and not to let him use the bathroom it's hard to find places that allow us to use the restrooms when were flagging for companies any other Dollar General we walked around at allowed us to use the restrooms I don't know why this one didn't

Arrived at 9:50 with a car that was broken down, and a dead phone. Was hoping to go in and use their phone so I could call someone to come get me. Because they closed early I had to walk home. Thanks.

Horrible staff. Im never one to complain because I understand how frustrating customer service can be, but I walked in there to grab a charger at 9:50, She proceeded to tell me that I have two minutes and refused bathroom service.

I wish I had the option to leave no stars!! Rude employees, prices NEVER ring up as advertised and no help from associates. Usually only have one cashier working who always claims she doesn't know how to check for prices. After shopping here twice this week and not getting sale prices and no help from staff I will take my business elsewhere!

Went in to purchase some toiletries and a drink I am from out of town on business asked to use the restroom as I've done at Dollar General all over the country with no problem and great service this person was extremely rude and said they do not have public bathrooms. So I decided not to purchase any Goods as I was extremely turned off with her rudeness and arrogance and will not patronize again

Terrible customer service unprofessional behavior and a place to work lying mangers and had a manger about putting me on the do not reliable list and telling other mangers that I was a bad employee or something because now every mangers that gave me interview either turns me down or get mad at me saying don't even bother coming in for a interview and there was a very nice and kind and understanding manger told him everything but still he hired me but guess what when I came to work the next day he didn't want to let me go because a certain corporate told their corporate if you don't let Hope go ! You guys would loose their jobs and now I can't get a job anything I was nothing but good employee I cleaned the bathrooms cleaned the whole store floor swept and mopped and took the trash cleaned the office and break room and helped my managers with unloading the truck even me and my husband helped the manger out but it is what is
