By far the quickest and easiest experience I’ve had purchasing a car. I didn’t feel any pressure to make a decision and they went out of their way to make sure every request I had was taken care of. Would highly recommend!!

If you like games, this is the place for you. After having purchased 3 vehicles from the Flynn Auto Group, I suggested my significant other look for a car at Donnell Salem. She had pre-approved financing and had checkbook in hand. We test drove a used 2017 Fusion, liked it and made an offer $500 below the asking price. The dealer declined the offer and steadfastly stuck with the advertised price, offering to include an oil change. No other counter offer was made. She declined and we left. Two days later, the dealer contacts her and states that they believe some sort of deal can be had, as both sales managers are on the floor (whatever that means). She repeats her offer made two days prior. They AGAIN say they cannot meet it and make no counter offer. The price remains as advertised. We noticed the same day, the advertised priced INCREASED by approximately $200!! Up to that point, it was just a matter of a failed negotiation however, calling her back and suggesting that a deal can be made, only to AGAIN offer the car at advertised price really angered her. A week later, they reduce the advertised price to EXACTLY the amount offered by my significant other . The dealership never bothered to call her back to close the deal. She ultimately purchased a used 2018 Fusion from a small PA Lincoln dealer, one model year newer with 8,000 fewer miles and for less money, at a lower rate in what turned out to be one of the best car buying experiences she had ever had. Ultimately, things worked out for the best. To say that I am disappointed with Donnell Salem is an understatement. I am embarrassed for having recommended this dealer to her.

I was looking for a new truck and always heard good things about Donell Ford so I gave them a try. Absolutely a no hassle, no pressure business. My salesman, Marc Beckett was very knowledgeable about all the different trucks Ford has to offer and explained all the options within the different models and the financing details. He made me feel at ease and got me into a nicer truck than I had even anticipated. Marc definitely made a life long customer of me. I have two sons which will be driving in a few years and without a doubt, I will be going back to Donnell Ford. If anyone is in need of a new vehicle or a used one, don't hesitate to look Marc up, you won't be disappointed!

I hold a Bachelors and Masters degree in Engineering from Purdue University, and I work for one of the big 3 auto manufactures. I drove 5hrs and 30mins (11hrs round trip) to look at a 2001 Lincoln LS at Donnell Ford. I asked many questions about the car before making the long trip. One of the questions I asked the salesman Andrew is "Is the check engine light on?" I was told no the car is fine. We had already agreed on a price of $3,700 for this smooth running used car, so I took a day off work to go look at the vehicle and right when I put the key into the ignition the check engine light came on and stayed on. So I pulled out my OBD2 scanner to check the car's computer for fault codes. 3 codes came up, P0133, P0301, & P0304. I test drove the car and it kept stalling and did not feel right at all. I was scared I wasn't going to be able to make it back to the dealership, the car drove that bad. I then told them to put it in their service department and tell me exactly what's wrong with it. I waited about an hour for them to pull it into service and there were 6 technicians working and 1 guy wait for an oil change, so obviously they do not care about waiting customers. Well it turns out that it needed an O2 sensor and coil packs 1, 2, & 4. They then told me that it would take 4 hours to do the work and if I would like to do it. I responded, "Yes, go ahead and do the work and I'll give you the price we agreed on for a smooth running used car that I drove 11 hours for." They said no that I would have to pay $730 for all the work that needed to be done at the dealer price. If you add the price of the work plus the price of the car that was agreed on, I could have bought a 2001 Jaguar S-TYPE (which has the same drive train) with the same mileage. By that point they were not willing to work with me so I walked out and did not buy the car. However, it just goes to show how lazy their salesman are that they cannot even go to check if a cars check engine light is on before one of their customers drives 11hrs, and loses $500 for taking a day off work! Shame on you Donnell Ford! Also the 2001 Lincoln LS is worth $3,000 or less the way it sits just in case you decide to go look at, and it's worth $3,700 with everything working. Do not over pay for this car!

I called 3 times between the times of 8 am and 3:45 pm to schedule an oil change and a few minor repairs. The service would never answer and the receptionist would take a message. But never a return call. The last time she asked to take a message I said no thank you, I'd call a different dealership so she hung up with no apology.
