Coffee is good, doughnuts are hit and miss, but most frustrating of all is getting defective cups from this place that don’t allow for a secure lid latch. My car’s interior has now been soaked twice from coffee spills due to defective cups.

How hard is it to listen to what you ask the customer for and read the screen to fulfill the order, and if you're that busy you're trying to rush people thru and you can't even get two simple coffees made right and two simple donuts right then slow down. Quality over quantity and simple basic reading and listening skills....

Donuts were good. Ordered an unsweetened iced tea got a sweet one. When I went back up to ask for an unsweetened tea, they demanded the sweet one back like I was trying to scam them out of an ice tea. Seems like this place needs a stronger management presence.

Husband just bought 3 chocolate chip muffins from you. Not driving all the way back. I had to pull the top of the muffin off because it was too hard to eat. The only part of the muffin that was remotely soft was the center. Why would you give something like that to any customer? Exactly how long do your products sit out? And staff acted like asking for milk was a foreign language.

Pulled up to the drive thru, told the lady my order, wanted 2 medium frozen pumpkin swirl coffee's, she started to repeat my order, paused and asked if I could a minute. Meanwhile a few minutes went by and by that time another customer pulled up to the other order screen, the lady came on her intercom and started asking the other car for their order, I was so mad at this point.. she then came on my intercom and asked how she could help me, I was really irritated by that time, I said you cab forget about my order now, and sped off..will never go back to that Dunkin again, I'll drive clear across town to the one by Wal-Mart

Bad storm last night but they were very good at keeping up with orders. Loved the turkey sausage egg cheese muffin sandwich!! And the pumpkin iced coffee was amazing ?

My 5 year old little girl had a dollar given to her by my coworker and was so excited to buy her own donuts before going to kindergarten camp this morning!Being 5, she's super indecisive ? and changed her mind about what kind of munchkins she wanted quite a few times haha. The little girl at the counter took such good care of her and we found a surprise munchkin in the bag when we got in the car.I can't thank you enough for making her day better as she was still nervous about it. She didn't have many kids talk to her yesterday so she was sad and didn't wanna go. But now she's smiling and happy and ready for a great day!Thank you so much!<3 Aria and Mama

I never go to Duncan for donuts but I was told that the Boston cream were so good! Wrong I went inside and got 5 of them, took them to sisters and they were the most disgusting donuts I ever ate, dried out and hardly any cream! They had to been day old donuts! Never again! I’ll stick to Giant Eagle. Shame on them!!!

Pretty upset. Just order two medium frozen chocolates . I made it clear im new to coming to duncan and clearly i wanted it as shown on the menu app. With the chocolet swirl and whip cream. I just got a frozen chocolet drink. I even showed her at the window and said i ordered this right? She said yup. . Order was placed Sunday April 16. 30 mins after midnight. Such b.s
