Chuck was very helpful and knowledgeable! Everyone that I encountered at Firestone was very professional. They answered my questions and explained everything in detail so I knew what to expect.

I had a prepaid tire install scheduled for this place. I arrived at my scheduled time and had no issues checking in. The staff were friendly and made sure to keep me up to date on the progress. They also have a military discount, so I'll probably be back.

I had my vehicle serviced at a different Firestone, I won't mention where. I had a four wheel alignment done when I had my new tires installed. Less than two weeks later my steering wheel was not straight and I no longer had the handling that I had before.. turns out nothing was tightened properly.. my backend was completely out of whack. Chuck and his staff fit me and remedied the issue.
On a side note, just watching their interactions with customers let me know that I was in the right place.

5/5 will recommend. We are from the other side of Ohio. Our car quit on a Saturday night and was towed here. First of all they're open on Sundays. Secondly they squeezed us in even though they were booked, when we told them we were on the way to a funeral. Thirdly they did good work.

These guys are the best! Chuck and the rest of the staff always take the best care of my vehicle. I have had numerous services here on both my camper van and Subaru and I have zero complaints. Added bonus: But the warranty and you are covered from coast to coast (Firestone is also Wheel Works on the west coast).
