Website states 11 to 9 on Fridays. Arrived at 1130, door was locked. Employee inside ignored me as I waited at the door. Drove home, telephoned and was told they do t open till noon! Hours need updated on website or Employee needs to open at posted time!! This was not my first poor experience with the Salem branch!

The only location in the area that doesn’t do midnight releases anymore… also they have a whole lot of “used” console boxes right at the front of the store with prices on them, and when you ask if they have said console… they say no… then why advertise having them? They also refuse to trade certain games in I guess, such as God of War (2018) because it’s apparently not in their system… even though the games on their shelf… so what’s going on? I will say they recently remodeled which was good because having to walk behind the counter to search for a PS4 game was incredibly awkward and uncomfortable… I could go on and on but the store itself has had a major decline in the past 4 years like no other…

Very helpful . The employee called around to other game stops and found what I was looking for 3 days before Christmas for an oculus which no one had and was on back order thankfully he found me one at another store. Definitely go back to this one.

Brent from game stop in Salem was super helpful, knowledgeable, nice, and professional. There was a customer screaming and dropping profanity and calling him names like a child because he was unsatisfied and Brent held his composure very well and killed him with kindness. Very pleased with customer service and will be back to this game stop!!

Here's an idea.... if you're going to have a "midnight release..." maybe actually give somebody their game that's fully paid for at midnight? It's not my fault your store held a "midnight release" and only two people showed up...? Very very poor customer service

I had a defective Xbox Elite Controller and the store associates Jeff and Brian were awesome and got it replaced for me. Every store in my areas been out of stock but they hooked me up. Thanks guys.
