We went to look at paint colors. There were 2 employees behind the counter talking and laughing, but neither one asked if we needed help. When I asked a question, they continued their conversation as I was talking. We won't be buying paint there.

I ordered an expensive generator. When they said it had been delivered I called customer service. They insisted that I just didn’t see it. I canceled the order. I waited a couple of weeks and went into the Home Depot store to put $1000. Down on another one. Again, they texted me and said it had been delivered. I’d been out doing yard work all day. I never even saw a truck let alone one stop here. Again, I went into the store. They said it would be delivered today so I came home. It’s now 9:00pm. When the first one never came, it went on my credit card anyway. That dropped my credit score by 18 points. My score hasn’t been under 800 for years
Now with the 2nd one they wouldn’t even give me my $1000. They keep saying call us tomorrow if you don’t get it by then.
I WILL NEVER order anything, ever again from them. They’re about ready to end up in court. WTH??

The people in hot water tank department are absolute trash wouldn't recommend them for anything but anyways Home Depot in general is trash thanks for nothing you all worthless!!!!!

This place is a joke. Ordered a gazebo online to be delivered there, the tracking indicated it was delivered and charged for it, but the store somehow cannot find it now a week later after delivery. Stopped twice in the store and were supposed to get a call back with an update, but no call ever came from the store. Couldn’t even find a manager on duty to help. Just an overall disgrace of a company. The store likely was so incompetent they either lost the gazebo, or worse yet they sold it knowingly to a different customer. Do not go to this store, go to a competent Home Depot location.

Make sure ya buy two most of there stuff is junk I bought 3 gfi plugs and not a single one worked thought I was doing something wrong so called an certified electrician and he told all 3 were junk and put one of his in and worked perfect fuck Home Depot if you wanna pay more and have a pain in the ass it's the place for you

I don’t even want to waste more time with Home Depot. Been trying to get a door installed for 3 months. Took forever to call me back. They called me back to basically tell me to call them back. When I called back I spoke with people that didn’t know much at all about the subject. I even called corporate which I never do. I called Lowe’s..,door being installed next week.

the store manager Chris (apparently he is the fill in while regular manager is away) was a complete non caring idiot. I used to shop home depot all the time but no longer. My business will go elsewhere in the future

Disappointed in the service incredibly. my husband came in today (he has a broken foot, with a medical boot on and uses crutches) to purchase two AC units. He made it through the store, got them and purchased them, then asked if someone could assist him to get them outside into his car to which he was told "No. We don't have anyone available to help" while there is multiple employees standing around chatting it up.

I went in with the numbers of the andersen screens I needed. This guy sat there and told me he couldnt look them up, I needed the dimensions. I'm like really cause I can look them up at home, I just cant order all of them. So I take the same info to Bernard-Daniels in Canfield and guess what, they ordered them no problem! Home Depot just lost out on $800. Thank you Bernard Daniel's!

Shout out to the customer service team of women today (around 11am) who didn't treat me like a nut job when I started crying over the wrong paint I received (and had to repaint my entire living room because of)! They quickly apologized, and corrected the order. Made sure I got new rollers and plenty of tape to fix. And 5 hours later, with the help of my hubby my living room is now fixed!

Great experience at the Salem Home Depot my tool chest was boxed wrong and they gave me a hassle free experience getting it straightened out. Also a very competitive price on what i purchased. The young lady at the returns desk and the young gentleman who assisted her did an excellent job. Highly recommend this Home Depot. Had my situation fixed in 10 minutes.

A HUGE shout out to Bridget (sorry if I spelled it wrong)! My 6 year old son asked for gift cards for his birthday to buy his own workbench/tool box. He was so excited to get enough to buy it all on his own. We ordered it online to make sure the store had it. When we got there, Bridget checked us out. Bridget went above and beyond to talk to him about it and all of his tools. He explained to her how he loves to take stuff apart and she was so enthusiastic and supportive of his passion! My son suffers from anxiety and can act differently in certain situations but she did not bat an eye. When he became “awkward†she gave him his space but still made the experience so memorable! She truly made him feel special! The world needs more Bridget's!!!! Thank you so much!

Took my mother to buy new screen door. The lady in department very pleasant and helpful. The man who was going to put it in my van realized it wouldn't fit so recieved permission to deliver it free to my mother's home. Great service.
