The drive thru takes forever to get through for a simple transaction that I almost always go through the atm when I can but it also has been having issues of not letting me deposit money on 3 separate days I’ve tried. The only reason I am not giving them a lower rating is the early pay option I get

We have six accounts with this bank and have always been treated with respect and kindness when banking with them! The tellers are so very kind! I’ve had the best returns on my accounts at this bank than I ever did with another bank or credit union! I don’t have much experience with the drive through because I prefer going inside. There is usually a line but it doesn’t take long!

My daughter was turned away when she stopped to open a checking account. Now you must have an appointment because they are a “very busy branch”, that only employs 1 person that is able to open checking accounts.

In collections from THIS bank AFTER they did NOT open bank accounts or send us our cards. The incompetence is real. I've heard from others this is a problem. They told us it's handled but... Still in collections. Branch Manager Jessica Handle was sent a scan of the bill repeatedly. Still in collections. They acknowledged we never had accounts. I wouldn't go to this Bank unless you want a lower credit score that you don't deserve.Update: I followed the information the owner left and an automated response told me they would get back to me within 24 hours. It never happened. ? Not surprised.

Hands down, this is the slowest branch I've ever been to and it's gotten worse with Covid. Multiple times I've sat in the drive thru for very extended amounts of time. One of those was nearly an hour.

I Have had multiple accounts with this branch for 20 years including checking, 401k, and savings. Anything outside of "normal" banking is always a major letdown or complete debacle. This most recent failure was poor information given on a home refinance. They had already ran my credit, had all my info, and stated I qualified for a better interest rate if I paid off the remaining $7000 on an existing car loan. So I spend 7k paying off a new car loan....and then the mortgage employee tells me "whoops....looks like that was a glitch...paying off the car didn't help" so I paid off 7k car loan for nothing, and ended up refinancing with a more competent lender, with a vastly better refinance rate. My 401k transfer was also a mess, and I'm still charged service fees to this day on a yearly basis. Advise looking elsewhere.

Lady in the drive thru was very slow and refused to cash the check because it was “unfamiliar†even though there's never been any trouble at another bank. Asked for cash back and didn't specify when she said she'd have to cash the check that we wouldn't get the rest of the cash back and was rude when we asked questions. I would recommend elsewhere.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The drive through is usually efficient and prompt. The building is kept very clean and presentable. They recently had the parking lot repaved. They're very helpful with finding your options for loans and other financial services. Nice bank. Only complaint it sometimes hard to get in and out of lot because of the corner location.

Each time I have been in here it seems like the wait is forever. I don't understand why it takes so long. Anymore it seems like all banks are the same. Maybe just more paperwork and more hassle. Remember when there was no computers and life was so more simple. Banks closed Wensday, Saturday, Sunday and holidays. I believe if you smile and be sweet mb that would make their day.
