“I bought an excellent mower at TS. However after just 4 hrs of use, the mower deck would no longer engage. I returned to the store and spoke with Brian. Brian was excellent to work with and very helpful. He asked if I wanted to swap it for another. I love the mower and felt that the issue I experienced wasn’t common.I can’t say enough about the support and resolution that Brian provided.
