Please read. I could be writing a review about how disappointed I was in Phantom Auto Works customer service and giving one star review, however, it is just the opposite.
I made an appointment to have some work done on my truck. After an hour drive I arrived to find out that the parts needed for my truck were never ordered, therefore the work could not be done. Disappointed and frustrated I would have to take a day off work to have the work done in the future, not an ideal situation. However The front man Levi owned up to the ordering error, which I respect, and was very concerned making it right for me. He rushed to order my parts and the work was completed the next day. At the end of it I realized that you don't find too many businesses nowadays that take the blame for the mistake and are concerned about making the customer feel satisfied. Hats off to Levi and crew. I will pass along my experience to those in my neck of the woods.

Kevin and his team got the job done within three days. Everything, ( 3” lift, air bag helpers for rear suspension, and then of coarse tires and wheels. Looks absolutely amazing. Thanks guys. Highly recommend

Phantom is a great place for truck and van accessories. They assisted me with a truck cap and I just got shelving put in my work van. Kevin Haines helped me pick out the right shelving system, and the guys installed them quickly and did a great job. Everyone there was nice, helpful and professional. Highly recommend them. They have great products, service and pricing. I will be using them for all my future truck and van needs. Thanks Phantom!

I would never take my truck anywhere else. They work on your vehicle like it's theirs, and they make sure everything is done perfectly. Can't beat their prices and the quality of work is phenomenal. Extremely friendly and helpful as well. I'd recommend everyone to take their vehicle here!
