“Had a great experience today! I went in not really knowing how I wanted to ship a few things and Sarah was so knowledgeable and very helpful! I didn’t feel that I was a bother as I’ve felt with other post offices and my items are well packaged and headed to their new homes! Thanks Sarah!”

“I have had the absolute best customer service from Salem Ohio Post Office. Over and over again I have had a pleasant experience. Extremely helpful staff. They seem like they honestly want to help you. Good customer service is rare these days. Figured I might as well give them some public praise.”
