Rude! Moved in it was prorated. Moved out a few months later. Pulled money out of my account without approval. Moved out by 3rd no refund. I will not do business here no do I recommend. I've sent emails and called to find out why the money and how since I didn't approve auto draft.

Unprofessional & rude. Charged me $159 to rent a 10 x 15. When I got there to unload 2 truck fulls of items, gate wouldn't open. Called their office & after-hrs./emergency numbers, got no call back. Next night, same results. Called next day & they said keypad was malfunctioning. Wish they would have told me! Then they shorted me $60 on my refund! HORRIBLE STAFF! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
