Absolutely wonderful service!! The girl at the counter was wonderful and we bothered her A LOT!! Lol The shoe selection and prices were wonderful, as well. Glad my girls were stylin going back to school!

I called the store and the girl just answered with hello. No shoe sensation. I asked if she could look up an order of mine to make sure it was right. She said she couldn't do that, but when they got there, they'd call me. ??? They should have my order at that store. They're Clark's shoes and not inexpensive. Not terribly happy right now.

bought 3 pair of shoes today. young lady working was polite, kind and friendly. She made shoe shopping fun which I normally hate,
was a very pleasant experience and will be my go to shoe store.

I can’t say enough about the associate that helped me find the perfect pair of shoes for a wedding I attended. I was looking for a specific style and she was very patient and understanding. She was up to date with styles and comfort and brought up many things I did not consider. Thank you so much Patrice. I will always ask for you!

Great place for shoes. Very reasonable prices with a huge variety of options. My only complaint is the little girls boots I purchased were made very poorly. My daughter wore them for the first time to school for 6 hours and when I picked her up I noticed the front of the boots were all wore off. Thank God I purchased warranty on them but probably would of let me return them without the warranty. So recommend purchasing warranty if offered.

It didn't take long to pick out the shoes I liked and that fit with my orthotic. I got a nice pair of Asics. I tried on three other brands but, Asics are the best right now.

We love Shoe Sensation. It’s conveniently located in town, which makes shoe shopping much quicker and easier than traveling to a larger city, like Boardman or Canton. Plenty of options and sizes. Clean and well organized. Friendly and helpful staff. Fair prices and sale options.
