They don’t deserve any stars in my opinion. We were lied to and tricked. When asked if anything was wrong with the vehicle they said nothing but come to find out they do NOT do mechanical checks or even safety checks on their used cars that are sold as is. This was not disclosed at the time of purchase . They refused to help when the car was underivable after a week. Told us they would return the car and then the very next day said no they never agreed to that. I should’ve checked their reviews prior to buying a car from there. There are many many people that have had the same experience as me. I have filed a complaint with GM corporate. Please do not go buy a car there. You’ll regret it.

Sales rep wrecked my car before he brought the car to me, and never said anything. Luckily, my son watched it happen, when the sales rep hit the gate. Then he continued to lie and deceive me. He never told the manager or GM, as he claimed. Thankfully, after I personally called the manager, he made things right by giving me another new car. Which I am so grateful for. Beware of shady salesmen.

We usually use another dealer for our warranty covered pickup but they had been switching systems and couldn't get us in quickly so we tried these guys. Terrible place to go for service. We had our 2019 Chevy Silverado in for a transmission. Fluid leak. Charged us almost $400 just for diagnosing it. We asked them about the tire pressure monitoring system and they wanted hundreds of dollars to fix that. Took it to another mechanic that we know who didn't charge any diagnostic fee and plan to fix it for close to what the diagnostic fee was at stadium. Also called my regular tire company who told me the whole set of tire monitoring system would be $43 installed. Definitely won't be a place we will ever consider going back. I would definitely stay away from if you can.

Evan was my salesman and I highly recommend him! He went out of his way SEVERAL times helping me and my daughter! If you need to buy a car definitely ask for Evan!
