Absolutely the best experience by far is this Salem TSC my need for an expert for products for my cats and small dog, a young woman named Ivy Cain also lives on a farm with many more animals large and small had plenty of knowledge to share with my pets issues and I’m so thankful for her passing along her experiences of what products work best for my pets!
That young woman deserves a promotion and raise!

Brian is the best manager. This store is the only Tractor Supply store I will purchase from. It is evident that he is a good leader due to his assistant managers and staff being informative and pleasant.

Occasionally seem to run out of alot of dog food brands but clean store and nice employees.

Their website said they have two items in stock that I'm looking for, I went to the store and couldn't find it. I specifically asked an employee for help and instead of helping me they just told me to go to a different corner of the store and look. The employees are useless, inventory on the website isn't accurate, won't be coming back to this tractor supply.

So nice of them to load my huge bag of duck food into my car!Always friendly and nice.Curbside pickup is so quick and easy, EVERY time I have ordered from here.

Need to SERIOUSLY Update THE LOADING DOCK the one not so close to the fence and USE IT why make a truckers life harder than it is especially when other trucks are in the way when your trying to back up VERY INCONVENIENT with being a multi billion dollar business you would THINK they could afford an update to that. Otherwise great place.

I bought an excellent mower at TS. However after just 4 hrs of use, the mower deck would no longer engage. I returned to the store and spoke with Brian. Brian was excellent to work with and very helpful. He asked if I wanted to swap it for another. I love the mower and felt that the issue I experienced wasn’t common.I can’t say enough about the support and resolution that Brian provided. I have been and will remain a loyal TS customer because of staff like Brian.

I didn't have a very pleasant shopping experience here. A friend reccomened to me to check this store for a brand of dog food I usually order online through chewy and when I asked "Nick" the "manager" if they had it, he was very unhelpful and kind of rude. I ended up just leaving. I don't think I'll be back to this store if management can't even answer simple questions. They need to hire competent managers.

Bought a zero turn mower here. Went good no issues staff was very friendly and helped me decide which one to buy even loaded it on my trailer.

I love Tractor Supply. So many good products. And wonderful selection of pet supplies, medication, and more. Plus nice clothes, tools, and equipment! I did have some issues ordering online before but this a wonderful store.

Drove 30 minutes for a product that another store promised me they had. It also said they had it online. After a long drive they didn't have it. Never again. Done with them.
