Wouldn’t notarize my paper because it was “appointment only” and because “it was past notary hours” (it was 6:00 and they close at 6:30). Online says walk is fine and nothing about notary hours. Haven’t had a problem with walk ins in any other ups notary I have been to.

I go to this drop-off location at least once a week. Never once have I ever had a problem. In fact, nothing but fast and friendly service from everyone of the employees.As for the other bad reviews I’ve read on here… mirrors scare some people when they realize they’re the problem. Chances are they didn’t like what they heard because THEY in fact didn’t read the rules of return by either Amazon or the seller that they purchased from. Also, their grammar and punctuation reveals a lot about them as well.This place is 5-Star all day long.

I brought an Amazon return as it was shipped to my house (unpacked, it just had a sticker stuck on it with a tiny piece of plastic wrapping in the center) and they told me I couldn’t return it unless it was wrapped up completely with Saran Wrap and that I had to attach the packing label to it to return it. This is a nearly $200 car part that doesn’t fit my car and now I am severely inconvenienced trying to find a way to wrap this thing so maybe, just maybe I can get my money back to get the correct thing. I had to take it all of the way back home from the store to do so. Mind you the shipping directions from Amazon (of which I’ve read thoroughly twice over) says nothing about having to package the item, especially since it came without a package in the first place.This dilemma would’ve only been half as bad if the customer service wasn’t so atrocious.

They might be convenient, but the attitude of the manager is atrocious. Very unhelpful, know-it-all. You can’t get a shipping quote, you can’t ask a question, without getting snarky remarks.

Always had good service here and will gladly pay $1.00 for tape. One its their tape, two they do it for you.

Wish there was a ZERO STAR!!! I sent my wife in this store 1 day ago to get a shipping quote before selling a lamp, quoted $100. The very next day the owner let my wife know that's not possible and was quoted $74 just for the shade not including the lamp. I spoke to the owner and ask why the price change and he did not have a answer for it, I asked how much the total would be and he said "I don't know" being rude, over talking me and short. I explained that's what we were quoted and his response was that he was not there yesterday. I styed calm and the F word slipped out of my mouth. Then he refused to ship and kick my wife out. The short story is they made a mistake, I get it everyone is human! No price quote??? Rude and over talking??? Don't go there!!! I will share my horrific experience with as many people that I can.

The service from the older women in that place is terrible. Half the time they are rude and the other half they ignore me. The men there are amazing. They run outside to help you carry in packages and are always pleasant and smiling.

Horrible customer service, Josh at the counter overpackaged my item and tried to charge me over double my quoted online rate. Eventually I had to pay over $25 for the excessive packing job to get my item back. I will not return and will gladly go anywhere else to avoid the 20+ minutes he took to package ONE item.

Stopped to return some Amazon packages, one of which was some bug spray. Cashier was very short about it, jumps on her phone with owner (without telling me who she was calling in the middle of transaction). Then gives me number for hazmat and tells me I have to call them. One of the other associates tells me to call Amazon and report difficulty with return and they may just state to keep item. I even went so far as to point out how bad this transaction ruined her day. Finally she smiles and said "oh no hun - you're good, have a good day. ? This is not the first time that I have had rude service at this location. Think I'll try to complete my deep off in Boardman.

Prices are much higher than USPS and the lady working was not helpful or polite.
