Wife broke her phone and the screen would only display the top quarter of the display. Daniel W was able to get the information off of her old phone and into her new phone. It was a challenge but he got it done. Nice Job Daniel!!!!!!!!

Shout out to Daniel for his excellent service! He was super helpful and super nice! Definitely recommend! But Joanna is super rude! Why would I waste my time applying for a Verizon credit card when I know my credit is not in a good place? ? Just so she can get a commission? I’m already calling corporate on her! I don’t think I’ll be back to this store if she’s working!

I can’t recommend this store and specifically my representative Daniel Walker enough! Long story short I had issues starting a new line secondary to my previous cell phone provider. To say that Daniel was accommodating, knowledgeable and professional would be an understatement. I believed I arrived to the store around 3:30 (the store closed at 5.) We didn’t end up leaving the store until 6. Another customer walked in after hours (I’m assuming because he saw the lights on and saw Daniel and I sitting there,) and he helped the customer….. not once did he voice complaints about having to work after hours, he seemed genuinely concerned about me. This guy is a rockstar and I can’t recommend this specific store enough. Thank you Mr. Walker! I’ll be back!

Came in with a 2 o’clock appointment. Josh was prepared with my phone and was very pleasant. He was knowledgeable and experienced, very proficient at his job. He made me and my family feel welcome and chatted the most with my kid. Made such an impression, thanks Josh for exemplary customer service!

Very poor customer service. When I questioned why they couldn’t take care of my problem the sales person rudely said “because we are not corporate “. She wouldn’t explain what that meant and I ended up leaving without any answers. I would give a zero rating but it’s not an option. Don’t waste your time going there. I went to the Boardman store and the problem was fixed right away.

I would recommend anybody to go to the store. The manager is super awesome and has always been helpful before he became the manager. Always had great experiences when coming to the store. I’ve been going there for about 5 years.
