We asked for a Friday after 2 delivery or first thing Saturday morning and was told yes on early morning delivery , yet here it is after 1pm and nothing. Don't plan anything for the day cause you're not getting it done cause they can't do a requested delivery time.

BETTER CALL PAUL! Had a great shopping experience at ABC warehouse, assisted by Paul's top tier product knowledge. Paul helped me pick out the perfect couch for my specific situation. He even explained the benefits of getting a warranty to protect my product. I will definitely come back to ABC and call Paul when I do so. 10/10 experience!

If I could give this a negative I would. We went in to the store to find a couch. Once we found it, we were told we HAD to get it delivered or we wouldn't get it for over a month. We got the couch delivered, it was ripped and had grease stains on it. The manger was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. He informed me that they don't have time to deal with the couch and there is no room in the warehouse to take it back. They finally agreed to pick the couch up and when they came to pick it up they were quick to let us know they were not happy about picking it up and to them the couch looked fine. I was told our refund would take about 5 days. 2 weeks went by and no refund. I contacted the store and of course he couldn't tell me anything, I then called corporate and was told someone would call me back. I never did get a call to this day. I called again and asked to speak to whoever is about the regional manager. I never got a call back from them either. I FINALLY got my money after calling a 3rd time and the nice lady that answers the phones at corporate informed me the refund was never turned in and that's why I didn't receive it. I never even so much is got an apology for all this. This is by far the WORST furniture store I have ever dealt with.

I had to purchase a dryer..the on i looked at on line wasn't/hasn't been available for a bit. Though Mike gave me a good price on one in store. The delivery men (Anthony & Deshaun) did a wonderful job with the process to. Thank you to all of you

The entire process was easy and they helped with suggestions on which appliances would be good. The delivery was top notch. Anthony and Deshaun came and delivered our appliances NEXT DAY and they took our old appliances free of charge. Highly suggest asking for those two to deliver! The entire delivery was maybe 10 minutes and they put them right in my garage. Would buy again from them.

My elderly mother needed a new fridge. Went to various stores, Best Buy, Lowes, etc and then went to ABC. Roman was the sales associate and treated her exactly how anyone would want their mother treated. He was so kind and patient with her and answered all her questions. She loved him and immediately bought the fridge. The whole process was smooth and quick. Then delivery day came. Anthony and Deshaun called 40 min before arriving as stated. They were very professional and super quick. Again, I base everything on how people treat my mom and just as Roman did, they were amazing. When she offered them a bottle of water, they gracefully accepted. They were so polite. I would highly recommend buying from Roman and if you can pick your delivery specialists, Anthony and Deshaun should be your go to guys.

Found a dryer online that I wanted and they had it in stock at the Sandusky location. Mike was a pleasure to work with and it was such a quick and easy process to purchase; they had it loaded in the back of my truck in within two minutes. I might have been in the store for 5 minutes total. I will be a repeat customer and I am excited to come back to buy the washer that goes with the dryer. Thanks Mike! Thanks ABC for having competitive pricing and keeping units in stock vs waiting 8-10 days!

We have always bought our audio equipment, Televisions, and appliances form ABC Warehouse in Sandusky. We have always had very friendly salesman's and they havegreat pricing. We always buy their extended warranty. The service provider that ABC Warehouse uses is Gray'sTV & Appliance repair and they have also been great to work with when service is needed.
